Yes. As long as your member line activates the international roaming service, both the member line holder and the principal line holder will be able to enjoy the same promotion. However, usage charges will be applied separately for each line.
For example, using U Data Roam 10 in Singapore:
If the principal line holder and 1 member line use data roaming at the same time in Singapore when they connect to STARHUB, the principal line will be charged RM10 per day and an additional RM10 per day for the member line’s internet usage while roaming.

Yes, you will receive a welcome message which mentions our preferred roaming operator’s name and network when you arrive at your destination country.
You will not be able to connect to the internet on your mobile device using your mobile data.
To continue enjoying the internet connection, be sure to connect to U Mobile’s preferred roaming operator when you are abroad.
Your mobile device may automatically switch to other network provider if it detects a stronger signal. In this case, you may manually connect to your preferred network operator.
We will inform you via SMS when your pass has been successfully activated, for both manual and auto subscription.
For U Data Roam 10 and U Data Roam 10 Booster, a flat rate of RM10 will be charged upon successful activation and valid for 24hrs.
For U Data Roam 36 and U Data Roam 36 Booster, a flat rate of RM36 will be charged upon successful activation and valid for 24hrs.
You are advised to have the required amount of credit in your account based on the country you intend to visit before travelling.
For example, if you do not have RM10 credit in your main credit balance account when you travel to countries where the U Data Roam 10 is available, the promotion will not apply to you. You will not be able to subscribe to U Data Roam if you have insufficient credit in your Main Credit Balance. This is because U Data Roam charges can only be deducted from the Main Credit Balance even though you have sufficient credit in your Credit Share Balance.
You are advised to top up before you travel. However, you can still perform top up with your top up voucher even when you are roaming.

There is no limit to the number of passes you can buy in a day; each pass has a validity of 24 hours.
In the same country:
Regardless of which preferred operators you have selected or switched within 24 hours upon successful activation, you will still be charged at RM10/24 hours or RM36/24 hours.
For example:
If you are roaming in India and have chosen to switch between 2 operators - Aircel and Reliance within 24 hours upon successful activation, you will still be charged at RM10/24 hours..
In different countries but on the same day:
You will be charged RM10/24 hours or RM36/24 hours for each of the countries you have visited.
For example:
If you’re roaming in Singapore in the morning and later in Indonesia within 24 hours upon successful activation, you will be charged separately for both countries - RM10/24 hours (Singapore) and RM10/24 hours (Indonesia).
No, the U Data Roam passes are only applicable for roaming.
No, you will not be able to use roaming data in the countries where U Data Roam passes are not available.
You are advised to look for alternatives when travelling to countries not included in U Data Roam passes.
Yes, you can purchase U Data Roam Passes and Prepaid Travel Passes at the same time.
If both Prepaid Travel Pass and U Data Roam Pass are active, the data usage will be utilized from the pass which has shorter validity.
No, you will not be able to utilize the roaming data allocated for U Data Roam 10 Booster as the travel destination you are in is only eligible in U Data Roam 36/ U Data Roam 36 Booster.
However, you will be auto provisioned U Data Roam 36 upon arrival as you do not have eligible pass in active.
No, you will not be eligible for a refund due to wrongly purchased U Data Roam pass.
