This Campaign is exclusively for selected active Postpaid & Prepaid subscribers only and have received notification through SMS / MyUMobile app from U Mobile (“Notification”). “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
This campaign will commence at 12:00AM on 2 June 2023 and will end at 11:59PM on 29 June 2023.
To participate, you must have received a notification through SMS from 28139 or MyUMobile app about the campaign. You must login to MyUMobile app and grab the specified Reward voucher under the Rewards tab on 2 June 2023, 12:00AM onwards.
The redemption of the vouchers is based on “first-come, first-served or while stocks last” basis. The reward is not transferable nor exchangeable and will only be issued to the winners as verified by U Mobile.

Each unique NRIC will be eligible to take up only one (1) deal per week during the campaign period.
U Mobile will notify the selected winners of their entitlement to receive the reward via SMS (“Reward Notification”). U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward.
You must ensure that your Postpaid and or Prepaid account is Active when taking up the deal. “Active” means being able to make and receive calls.
Participants are required to grab and redeem the voucher via MyUMobile app > Rewards tab. A total of 6,000 Tealive RM7 e-Vouchers will be released throughout the campaign period (1,500 released on a weekly basis).
The rewards are given on “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute any of the rewards with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.
