How much do I need to pay if I terminate/downgrade my UF 128 postpaid plan during contract period?

If you terminate or if we terminate your U SaveMore due to your default or if you downgrade your rate plan before the expiry of the contract period, you are required to pay U Mobile the Device remaining balance charges, as determined by U Mobile as set out below:

Balance Charges: (Device Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for Device 1 + Device Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for Device 2 – U Mobile Selling Price – Upfront Payment) ÷ contract period x remaining month
