This Campaign is exclusively for selected active Prepaid subscribers only and have received notification through SMS/MyUMobile App from U Mobile (“Notification”). “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
This campaign will commence at 12:00AM on 23 Mar 2023 and will end at 11:59PM on 19 Apr 2023.
To participate, you must receive a notification through SMS from 28139 or MyUMobile App about the campaign. You must login to MyUMobile App and grab the specified Reward voucher under the Rewards tab on 23 Mar 2023, from 12:00AM onwards.
The redemption of the vouchers is based on a “first-come, first-served" or “while stocks last” basis. The reward is not transferable nor exchangeable and will only be issued to the winners as verified by U Mobile.

Each unique NRIC will be eligible to take up only one (1) deal per day during the campaign period.
U Mobile will notify the selected winners of their entitlement to receive the reward via SMS (“Reward Notification”). U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward.
You must ensure that your Postpaid and/or Prepaid account is Active when taking up the deal. “Active” means being able to make and receive calls.
Participants are required to grab and redeem the voucher at MyUMobile App > Rewards tab. Daily prize winners will be selected based on the pre-set sequence of redemption order for each reward stated in the voucher during the campaign period.

The reward will be credited directly to the eligible subscribers’ MyUMobile App under the My Vouchers tab within 7 working days from the end date of each Campaign Week.
The rewards are given on an “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute any of the rewards with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.
