You must ensure that your U Mobile prepaid line is Active during the campaign period until the fulfilment of rewards. An “Active” prepaid line means that user is able to make and receive calls.
For Prepaid Credit Winner
U Mobile will notify the winners of their entitlement to receive the Prepaid Credit via SMS. The Prepaid Credit amount will be credited to the winners’ prepaid account as bonus credit (the same MSISDN used to perform the Reload).
U Mobile will only make one (1) attempt to credit the amount to the winners’ prepaid account. In the event that such attempt failed due to any reasons whatsoever, the Prepaid Credit amount will be forfeited.
Any usage involving calls or data will be deducted from the Bonus Credit first, after which such usage will be deducted from the remaining available Prepaid credit.
For Phone Prize Winner
U Mobile will notify the shortlisted participants via phone call. The shortlisted participants will be required to answer one (1) question correctly. If the question is not answered correctly after two (2) attempts; OR if U Mobile is unable to contact the winner after two (2) voice call attempts, the winner will be disqualified and the next participant in line will be contacted. If the participant is disabled and unable to answer the question verbally, a legal guardian or representative may assist to reply to the question posed.
The prizes may be given out as follows (subject to U Mobile’s sole discretion):
The winner may be required to attend a prize giving ceremony held by U Mobile (winner needs to show their NRIC for verification purpose before collecting the Phone Prize). In the event that the winner is not able to attend the prize giving ceremony held by U Mobile, the winner has the option to send a representative to attend the prize giving ceremony. The authorised representative must produce a letter of authorization containing the representative’s details together with a photocopy of NRIC (front and back) of the authorised person during collection of the Phone Prize for verification purpose; OR
The winner is required to provide a valid delivery address for the delivery of the Phone Prize. Failure to provide a valid delivery address after two (2) times of attempted delivery arrangement will result in the forfeiture of the Phone Prize. Any winner whose Phone Prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation. U Mobile may at its discretion revise the prize delivery arrangement.
The winner’s failure to provide the required details or information will result in the forfeiture of the prizes.

The prizes are given on an "as-is" basis and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, in full or in part. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the rewards with another voucher or an item of similar value at any time without prior notice
There is no limit on the entries or prizes for each participant for the Prepaid Credit during the Campaign Period. However, for the Phone Prize, each participant is only entitled to win one (1) Phone Prize throughout the Campaign Period.
