This promotion is open to all successful Postpaid GX50 and Prepaid GX30 port-in via the U Mobile online MNP channel. All Postpaid GX50 subscribers will get a RM10 rebate for 12 consecutive months and Prepaid GX30 subscribers are entitled to a RM5 bonus credit when they purchase a GX30 bundle for 6 consecutive months.
It means that the Rebate is given for 6 or 12 consecutive months, e.g.
Postpaid customers will miss the Rebate if their lines are suspended for 2 months, and get 10 months of Rebates in total instead of 12 months of Rebates.
Prepaid customers will miss the Rebate if they do not buy a GX30 bundle in a month, and get 5 months of Rebates in total instead of 6 months of Rebates.
Postpaid GX50 Customer Port-in on 25 July and Rebate date is on 28th of every month.
Prepaid GX30 Customer Port-in on 25 July, and Bonus Credit is given on 5th of every month.

The RM5 bonus credit is a value we credit to the Bonus Credit Wallet and it does not change the credit validity. Your line has to be active for you to use the credit balance.

Online channel is open to single line port-in. You can change your member line to principal line (with your current operator), then port-in via U Mobile MNP online channel, both lines will enjoy rebate according to the Giler Unlimited plan you have selected.
The rebate is only given to Postpaid GX50 subscribers. You will not get the rebate once you change your rate plan. The remainder of the rebate will not be credited to your account.
The bonus credit is only given to eligible port-in subscribers with one GX30 bundle purchase on a monthly basis. You will not get the bonus credit once you stop purchasing the GX30 bundle.
Both Postpaid GX50 and Prepaid GX30 subscribers will only get their rebate or bonus credit when the line is active. Rebate or bonus credit will not be given from the month of termination or change rate plan. Any remaining balance of the rebate or bonus credit will be forfeited.
Yes, you will get the Rebate on 26 Oct as we have a 20 days grace period for customers who submit (activate SIM card serial number) their MNP request during the Promo Period but port in after 30 Sep.
You have to submit the MNP request by activating the SIM card serial number by 30 Sep to get the Rebate. Submitting a Free SIM card request does not mean submission of an MNP request.
