You can use the device subsidy (RM300/RM180) for the U Mobile PRIHATIN device bundle package.
If an eligible subscriber chooses the RM300 subsidy, they will need to use the RM300 for a device bundle (ie: Mobile device plus data plan) only.
You may visit to u.com.my/prihatin to register to the Jaringan PRIHATIN Programme and select device subsidy option. Subsequently, please visit participating U Mobile stores to select the device model and make necessary payment (if any) between 5 May 2021 and 31 August 2021.
For Postpaid, the plans are GX50 and GX68. For Prepaid, the plan is GX38. You may choose the plan most suited to you.
Yes. You can change your existing plan to GX50, GX68 (for Postpaid) or GX38 (for Prepaid) in order to sign up for this PRIHATIN Device Bundle.
The amount of the payment may vary depending on the selected plan and device model.
Upfront device payments are applicable to all new, port-in and existing U Mobile Customers.
All new postpaid customers, including those who port-in or are changing rate plans from Prepaid to Postpaid, have to pay a month’s fee of the plan in advance.
Yes, you will get a rebate over 10 months. Eg: RM10 rebate over 10 months for GX68; RM5 rebate over 10 months for GX50.
Yes, you will get a rebate over 12 months with RM5 for every month for your GX38 subscription.
The device subsidy will be automatically switched to a plan subsidy without any other notice. You may enjoy a plan subsidy by subscribing to an eligible plan.
No, the device subsidy of the Jaringan PRIHATIN Programme is only applicable for the Jaringan PRIHATIN Device Package.
If your chosen Service Provider is unable to provide you with a device for a device subsidy, please check with your Service Provider on the availability of stock for redemption by 31 August 2021. Alternatively, you may opt to go to a different Service Provider.
