In the event your line is barred or suspended, the subsidy will be forfeited. If you reactivate the line within the programme period, you will continue to enjoy the subsidy for the remaining period until the 12 months period ends. Any missed redemptions during the period in time where your line was barred or suspended will be forfeited.

You will have twelve (12) RM15 per month subsidy, which can be redeemed only once per calendar month. You have up to 31 July 2022 to redeem your entitlement of twelve (12) RM15 per month subsidy.
You would need to first terminate your Jaringan PRIHATIN registration with Service Provider A. Once this is done, you register with your new Service Provider to continue enjoying the Jaringan PRIHATIN programme. However, you are only allowed a maximum of 3 switches (i.e. Service Provider A > Service Provider B > Service Provider C > Service Provider D) over the course of the programme. However, this only applies to those that have opted for the monthly data plan, not the device package subsidy.

You will receive the RM15 subsidy after you have registered and selected your plan subsidy. The RM15 subsidy credit needs to be utilised by subscribing to an eligible plan within the same month.
Yes, you may dial *118*6*2*5# or visit the MyUMobile app. The credit will be displayed under ‘PRIHATIN Credit’.
