You may visit to u.com.my/prihatin to register to the Jaringan PRIHATIN Programme and select your preferred data or device package between 5 May 2021 and 30 September 2021. Alternatively, you may also login to My U Mobile App and Self Care to register too.
All Malaysian citizens that are eligible for Bantuan PRIHATIN Rakyat (“BPR”) will be eligible to participate in the Jaringan PRIHATIN programme. The primary applicant of BPR of each household is eligible to participate in this programme.
If you are an eligible recipient of the programme, you will receive an approved Jaringan PRIHATIN subsidised telco package or device offered from participating Service Providers (eg: U Mobile Sdn Bhd) that is jointly subsidized by the Government & Service Provider.
Total subsidy allocation for eligible recipients are as follows:
Category 1 – Married and Singles Without Children | Category 2 – Married and Singles With Children |
Subsidy 1: RM15 per month for 12 months, OR Subsidy 2: RM180 device package subsidy |
Subsidy 1: RM15 per month for 12 months, OR Subsidy 2: RM300 device package subsidy |
You may first sign up for a new prepaid/ postpaid line, or port (MNP) your number to U Mobile. Subsequently, you may register for the Jaringan PRIHATIN Programme with U Mobile.
You can call our contact centre (018-3881318), or walk in to U Mobile Service Centres / Premier Dealers outlets (link to URL: https://www.u.com.my/support/get-in-touch/store-finder) with your necessary documents.
You may log in to My Mobile App or Self-Care to check your device subsidy code.
You need to first terminate the Jaringan Prihatin registration via the U Mobile Self-Care portal. Wait for 30 days, then visit u.com.my/prihatin to register again for the Jaringan Prihatin program but opt for device package subsidy (note - this is provided you haven’t utilised any of the plan subsidy).

Wait for 30 days, then visit u.com.my/PRIHATIN to register again for the Jaringan PRIHATIN Programme but opt for device package subsidy. Alternatively, the unutilised device package subsidy will be automatically converted to a plan subsidy on 1 August 2021.
No, you will not be able to register if you missed the deadline of 30 September 2021.
