Yes, an eligible subscriber will still be entitled to the Jaringan PRIHATIN RM15 subsidy per month if they switch from one Service Provider to another. However, the subscriber will first be required to terminate their service with their existing Service Provider. You are only allowed a maximum of 3 switches after your initial registration with your first Service Provider (for example: Service Provider A > Service Provider B > Service Provider C > Service Provider D) over the course of the programme.
No, an eligible subscriber will not be able to switch to another Service Provider within 30 days from the registration date.
Yes, as long as an eligible subscriber switches from Prepaid to Postpaid plan (or Postpaid to Prepaid plans) that are part of the eligible plans under the Jaringan PRIHATIN Programme.
Yes, you may switch to a different data plan so long as it is part of the offers available to Jaringan PRIHATIN customers, and the data plan is entitled for the subsidy of RM15 per month.
An eligible subscriber will need to terminate the Jaringan PRIHATIN subsidy with their existing Service Provider first, before proceeding to re-register with their new Service Provider for the Jaringan PRIHATIN Programme.
Depending on your selected plans’ contract and chosen subsidy, you are able to switch up to three (3) Service Providers during the course of the programme.
You are allowed to terminate the line anytime. However, you can only redeem a maximum of once a month either with your existing Service Provider or other Service Providers. Eg. If you have received the subsidy (for postpaid) or redeem (for prepaid) before you terminate your line with your existing Service Provider, you will not be able to redeem another RM15 subsidy from other Service Providers in the same calendar month.
No, you will not be entitled to enjoy the RM15/month Jaringan PRIHATIN subsidy after you’ve changed to an ineligible plan.
However, you can opt-in again via selfcare after you have changed back to an eligible plan to continue enjoying the subsidy.
For example, if you changed from U28 (ineligible plan) to GX68 (eligible plan), you can continue to enjoy the monthly RM15 subsidy after you have performed the opt-in.
