Yes, Eligible Subscribers will need to terminate their service plan with their existing Service Providers before switching to a new Service Provider. Once the Eligible Subscriber terminates with the Service Provider, they will be automatically de-registered from the Jaringan PRIHATIN Programme until they re-register with a new Service Provider.
Yes, you may terminate your service with an existing Service Provider and switch to a new Service Provider. You will still be able to enjoy the RM15 subsidy if you have not exceeded 12 redemptions over the duration of the programme, which lasts from 3 May 2021 to 31 August 2021.
Yes, Eligible Subscribers are allowed to terminate their prepaid PRIHATIN plans and re-register to a postpaid plan, and vice versa, so long as the plans are offered under the programme.

No, you will not receive RM15 subsidy in your bill after termination of your service.
Yes, you may terminate the device bundle. However, you will not be receiving the rebate of device upfront payment for the remaining months. For example, if you terminate the Jaringan PRIHATIN device package in month 2, you will not get a monthly rebate of RM5, RM6 or RM10 (depending on the plan selected) for the remaining months.
You may login to the U Mobile Self-Care portal or My U Mobile MyUMobile app to submit the termination request. The request will be processed within 72 hours, and you will receive sms confirmation thereafter.
