CreditShare is a service which enables Prepaid customers to request or transfer credit to another Prepaid subscribers.
This service is available to U Mobile Prepaid customers only.
Active U Mobile Prepaid customers are eligible to make a credit transfer using this CreditShare service.
Active and inactive Prepaid customers are eligible to receive credit.
Yes. You will be charged a RM0.50 service fee each time you make a credit transfer, and a RM0.20 service fee when you receive credit via this service.
Yes. You need to have a minimum credit balance of RM1 after transferring your credit and having the service fee deducted.
You can transfer or request the following:
The minimum transfer amount is RM3, and the maximum transfer amount is RM10.
You can transfer up to RM10/day or RM100/month.
You can receive up to RM30/day or RM100/month.
You may transfer credit up to RM10/day or RM100/month.

You will be charged if you use SMS to subscribe to CreditShare service while roaming. The charges depend on the roaming country and operator that you select. For the full list, please refer here.
You will not be able to subscribe to U Data Roam if you have insufficient credit in your main credit balance because U Data Roam charges can only be deducted from the main credit balance. For more information, please refer here
Yes, just dial *118*2# (5G-Ready Prepaid Rate Plan) or *118*3# (Other Prepaid Rate Plan) to use the service. Alternatively, you can subscribe via the MyUMobile AppMyUMobile App, or ensure that you are roaming with our roaming partner.
Yes. Your account will become active with a validity period that depends on the amount of credit you receive.
Yes. Your account validity period will follow the longest validity. If you receive a credit transfer that gives you a greater validity period than your current remaining validity, then the new validity period will start from the date of the transfer and continue for the number of days that your credit transfer gives you. Otherwise, there will be no change in expiry date.
For example, your account is valid until 30 June. If you receive a RM5 credit transfer on 29 June, your new expiry date is 4 July.
Yes, just dial *118*2# (5G-Ready Prepaid Rate Plan) or *118*3# (Other Prepaid Rate Plan) to view your credit share balance.
You can also check your balance via the MyUMobile AppMyUMobile App. There will be two types of credit balance shown:
No, this service is only available for U Mobile Prepaid customers.
For each Prepaid number, you are allowed to transfer credit up to a maximum amount of RM100/month or RM10/day, whichever comes first.
Your CreditShare balance will be forfeited after you switch to another Rate Plan.
Your UMB may display your 5 most recent phone numbers from successful CreditShare transfers and requests. Simply choose the option to transfer or request for credit and select the phone number that you would like to perform a CreditShare transaction with from the list. You can also clear the numbers in the list by selecting "Clear List".
