Yes, you can order any device available from the U Mobile Online Store.
Purchases made from 24th April 2020 onwards shall be delivered within 3 working days if you are within Peninsular Malaysia, and around 5 working days if you are in East Malaysia. This is applicable for all areas except for COVID-19 Red Zone areas and any other areas where access is restricted by the Malaysian Government.
We will do what we can to deliver to COVID-19 Red Zones during the MCO period, however the delivery may take up to 3 weeks or it will be fulfilled after MCO is lifted.
Our customers' health, safety and well-being are our highest priority. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we will conduct contactless delivery for all our deliveries, in line with the Malaysian Government's ruling.
Once our delivery agent successfully delivers your package, the online tracking status of your order will be updated to "Delivered", and we will consider your package to have been received and accepted by you. We will not entertain any refund requests.
Due to area restrictions set by the Malaysian Government, you may request to cancel your order if:
U Mobile will send you a delivery notice via SMS if your delivery address falls under a Red Zone. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact U Mobile customer service at +6018 388 1318.
Once you receive the delivery notice via SMS from U Mobile, you can request for a refund within 30 days.
Once we receive your order cancellation request, U Mobile will process your request and refund you accordingly. The processing time may take up to 21 business days.
