No, you only need to sign up a user account.

You may purchase more than one subject at any point of time.
Scenario 1: User purchase only 1 subject
a. User select English PT3 1 month access
b. User will be charged RM10

Scenario 2: User purchase only 2 subjects
a. User select English PT3 1 month access and Science UPSR 1 month access
b. User will be charged RM20

No cancelation required. As this is not a subscription service, hence your access to the subject purchased will expire after 30 days. To continue to access the service, just make a payment and sign in with the same username.

No, there is no refund for any purchases made.

For access, you need to sign up a user account and purchase a FullAMark subject. Subscription can only be made https://fullamark.com.my/ prior to accessing the mobile app.

No, the service is not auto-renewal. Your access to the subject purchased will expire after 30 days. To continue to access the service, just make a payment and sign in with the same username.

Billing for BooKu

  1. You can choose to purchase any content from any of the content providers (“CP”) listed on the booKu webpage at https://www.u.com.my/extras/value-added-services/booKu (“Content”) with your mobile device using your U Mobile postpaid or prepaid account (“U Mobile Account”). We will bill you the amount of your purchase in your monthly postpaid bill or deduct the credit from your prepaid account.

  2. If you choose to buy Content using your U Mobile Account, you agree to these terms of use and the terms applicable to the relevant U Mobile prepaid or postpaid subscription plan including our privacy policy all of which are available on http://www.u.com.my/tnc/227.

  3. Your use of the Content is subject to the terms of your agreement including privacy policies with the relevant CP which will be displayed on the CP’s website or mobile application.

  4. You warrant that you are authorised to use your U Mobile Account to purchase the Content.

Registration and Usage
  1. You will need to:

    1. visit the booKu webpage;

    2. choose the CP from whom you wish to purchase Content; and

    3. follow the registration process prescribed by the relevant CP.

  2. When you register via:

    1. your mobile device on U Mobile’s network, the default payment method will be via your U Mobile Account; or

    2. in all other cases, you must select U Mobile payment option to activate billing via your U Mobile Account.

  3. You may purchase Content using your U Mobile Account when you are overseas only if you have completed the registration in Malaysia according to the steps listed in paragraphs 2.1 and 2.2 above before you go abroad

  4. We may stop allowing you to buy Content from booKu using your U Mobile Account, for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice including if U Mobile suspects that there is fraudulent or unauthorized use or if our agreement with the respective CP terminates or for any operational reasons.

  5. If you port your mobile number to another mobile operator, your subscription with the relevant CP will be auto-terminated. You will not be able to use your U Mobile Account to buy Content but you remain responsible for all fees and charges incurred before porting out. Refunds are not applicable for mobile numbers that have been ported out of U Mobile.

  6. The Content is not under our control and we are not responsible for, nor do we endorse or have any involvement in the operation of the Content. If you have any issues with the use of the Content, you are required to directly contact the relevant CP for assistance.


Charges and Payment
  1. We do not set the Content prices. Prices for the Content are determined by the CP.

  2. When you buy any Content using your U Mobile Account we will charge the transaction amount and any applicable taxes to your postpaid bill or deduct your prepaid credit.

  3. Mobile data charges (including international data roaming charges) will apply when you use browse, purchase, use, or download the CP’s applications or Content.

  4. For recurrent subscription based Content, you will be charged via your U Mobile Account for subscription renewals. You are advised to take note of the renewal frequencies and the cancellation option available at the time of subscription. Cancellation must to be done in accordance with the relevant CP’s cancellation terms.

  5. No refund will be provided for Content purchased.


General
  1. U Mobile may change any of these terms of use from time to time. It is your responsibility to check the terms of use.

  2. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with use of your U Mobile Account to buy the Content, your purchase of the Content and your access to booKu. You and if you are below 18 years of age, your parents or guardians, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or for loss or damage; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising from use of your U Mobile Account to buy the Content, your purchase of the Content, your access to the booKu website and the relevant CP’s website or application.

  3. Our privacy policy (www.u.com.my/tnc/1209) applies to how we use your personal information.

  4. These terms of use are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from these terms of use.
