Traveller SIM Pack

Foreign Tourists above the age of 18 with valid passports.

You do not need to pay for the Traveller SIM, however you are required to perform a minimum reload of RM30 (which would be credited into your Prepaid Account).

You can get Traveller SIM at U Mobile outlets in KLIA and KLIA2. You just need to register using your passports and perform a minimum reload of RM30. Please visit our website for the addresses: https://u.com.my/traveller-sim

You can start using the free data and calls after your line is Activated and as long as it is Active while travelling in Malaysia.

Traveller SIM Pack

  1. General
    1. This Traveller SIM pack (“Pack”) is made available by U Mobile Sdn Bhd (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) for foreign tourist of 18 years of age and above who visit Malaysia.
    2. The Pack comes with Unlimited Power Prepaid Plan (“Plan”) and is provided according to the Terms of Service in our Registration Form and the Plan terms and conditions. You must comply with those Terms of Service including the Plan terms and conditions, our Fair Use Policy, Privacy Policy and these terms and conditions (collectively, the “Terms”) all of which are available on www.u.com.my.
    3. In the event of any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency. By purchasing this Pack, you agree to be bound by all the Terms.
    4. We reserve the right to modify or otherwise change these Terms including the charges without notice to you. This overrides any requirement where we may have to give you notice in other parts of our agreement with you.
    5. At the point of your purchase of the Pack, you will be required to:
      1. produce your passport for verification at U Mobile’s outlets at KLIA or KLIA2;
      2. complete and submit the Registration Form; and
      3. perform a minimum reload a minimum amount of RM30.00 which will be automatically credited into you Prepaid account.
    6. You will not be required to remit any payment for the purchase of the Pack.
    7. Each customer (with 1 passport) will only be entitled to purchase 1 Pack only.
    8. We reserve the right to reject any application to purchase the Pack without assigning any reason.
    9. This Pack cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly stated.

    1. Upon Activation of the Pack and as long as your Account is Active, you will receive free:
      1. unlimited data for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter;
      2. 1GB basic internet every month;
      3. 200MB high speed internet; and
      4. 10 minutes local calls to U Mobile numbers daily.

  2. Pack Details

    1. Upon Activation of the Pack and as long as your Account is Active, you will receive free:

      1. Unlimited data for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook Messenger, imo, Viber and popular gaming apps such as PUBG Mobile;

      2. 1GB basic internet every month;

      3. 200MB high speed internet; and

      4. Free Calls to U Mobile numbers for the rest of the day after RM1.00 is deducted from your main credit balance for on-net calls performed within the same day during the Active Period. For clarity, calculation for the RM1.00 charges for on-net calls shall begin from 0:00:01 until 11:59:59 of the same day.
