1. This Campaign is open to selected Active U Mobile Prepaid Plan subscribers only (Corporate account not included) who (“Active” means able to make and receive calls):
   
   
   1. are of age 18 years and above; and
   
   
   2. who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign.
   
   
   3. have received an opt-in SMS or Email from U Mobile (“Notification”), or push notification for subscribers who have downloaded the MyUMobile App

1. You will be able to switch your existing Prepaid Plan to the Postpaid Plan (minimum GX50 & above) during the Campaign Period by:
   
   
   1. Replying to the Notification (SMS) or;
   
   
   2. Clicking the ‘Take up this deal’ notification on the MyUMobile App or;
   
   
   3. Walk in to U Mobile Store or;
   
   
   4. Visit Online Store
   
   


2. When you complete the step listed in paragraph 4(a) above, you will be deemed to be a participant of the Campaign. No entry form is required.

10 units of iPhone 7 Plus (5 units a month)

1. Subscribers who complete the requirement of paragraph 4 above will be in the running to win one unit of iPhone 7 Plus (“Smartphone”), based on the 1,000th participants who successfully upgrade to Postpaid Plan (minimum GX50 & above) within the Campaign Period.


2. At the end of the Campaign Period, the shortlisted participants will be identified and required to answer three (3) questions correctly. The eligible subscriber who answers the questions correctly will be the winner of the Smartphone.


3. If any of the questions is not answered correctly after three (3) attempts, OR if U Mobile is unable to contact the shortlisted participant after three (3) voice call attempts, the participant will be disqualified and the next shortlisted participant in sequence will be contacted.


4. U Mobile will notify the winners of their entitlement to the prize via SMS, phone call or email based on the contact details provided by the winners in U Mobile records. U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the winners. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s registered address within 30 days from the end date of the Campaign Period.


5. You must ensure that your Postpaid account is Active during the Campaign Period. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.


6. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash, credit or rebate in full or in part, and any prizes shown in U Mobile’s website, U Mobile Facebook page, advertisements and Campaign materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.


7. The prizes are given on “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value at any time without prior notice. U Mobile is not responsible for the merchantability of the prizes.


8. For clarity, each eligible subscriber will be eligible to receive 1 reward only during the Campaign Period.

We reserve the right to modify or otherwise change these Terms including terminating or suspending the Campaign. This overrides any requirement where we may have to give you notice in other parts of our agreement with you.
