  1. The iPhone for Life Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn. Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) which commences at 20:00:00 on 12 September 2025 and ends at 23:59:59 on 31 December 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
  2. All entries received before or after the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.
  3. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by the Website Policy and Online Store terms of use and all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
  4. Campaign Eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to eligible existing and new U Mobile Postpaid subscribers.  U Mobile’s employees, agencies, partners, and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
    2. U Mobile’s employees, agencies, partners, and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
    3. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify participants without assigning any reason.
  5. Campaign Mechanics
    1. To participate in this Campaign, you must purchase any Apple iPhone bundled with U Family 128 or U Biz Share 128 plans during the Campaign Period.
    2. No entry forms are required. You will be entitled to one (1) entry for each iPhone that you purchased (“Eligible Entries”).
  6. Prizes
    1. The winners will be entitled to receive the Grand Prize, Second Prizes and Consolation Prizes (collectively “Prizes”) as specified in the following Table:

  1.   
    1. Selection of Winner
      At the end of the Campaign Period, fourteen (14) shortlisted participants will be selected as follows:
      1. The total number of Eligible Entries throughout the Campaign Period will be  divided by fourteen (14).

        Example: If the total number of Eligible Entries is 1400, the calculation will be: 1400 ÷ 14 = 100.

        The 100th participant with Eligible Entry will be shortlisted for the Grand Prize.
        The 200th, 300th and 400th participants with Eligible Entries will be shortlisted for  Second Prize.
        2 x Apple Headphones worth RM2,499 per unit (The eligible participants with the 2nd and 3rd highest accumulated spend)
        The 500th, 600th, 700th, 800th, 900th, 1000th, 1100th, 1200th, 1300th and 1400th participants with Eligible Entries will be shortlisted for the Consolation Prizes.

        (Note: In the event the calculation results in a decimal number, it will be rounded down. For example, if the total Eligible Entries is 1405. 1405 ÷ 14 = 100.36. 100.36 will be rounded down to 100)        3 x Airpods Pro 2 worth RM1,099 per unit (the eligible participants with the 4th , 5th and 6th highest accumulated spend)

      2. In addition to the selection method set out above, the shortlisted participants are required to answer 1 question posed by U Mobile correctly to win the prizes. If the question is not answered correctly after 3 attempts, or if U Mobile is unable to contact the shortlisted participant after 3 voice call attempts, the shortlisted participant will be disqualified and the next shortlisted participant will be contacted.
    2. For Grand Prizes
      1. The winner is entitled to receive up to four (4) latest model and highest range of iPhone for each iPhone launch every year (upon the launch of the latest iPhone model) and provided that the price of one (1) iPhone does not exceed the iPhone recommended retail price (RRP) of Ringgit Malaysia Ten Thousand (RM10,000). If the price of the highest range of the latest iPhone model is higher than Ringgit Malaysia Ten Thousand (RM10,000), you will receive an iPhone at the latest model which is within the next lower range of iPhone and the price does not exceed Ringgit Malaysia Ten Thousand (RM10,000). Example, if the price of the latest iPhone ProMax 1TB price is RM11,000, you will receive the latest iPhone ProMax 512GB (i.e the next lower tier iPhone model) with the price of not more than RM10,000.
      2. In the event that Apple ceases operations in Malaysia or discontinues the iPhone, U Mobile reserves the right at its sole discretion to replace the Grand Prize with a device of equivalent value.
      3. The first Grand Prize (i.e. iPhone 17 Pro Max) will be given out within two (2) months from the expiry of the Campaign Period. The subsequent iPhone will be given out within two (2) months after Apple launches its new iPhone model. For example, if Apple launches its iPhone 18 in September 2026, the Grand Prize winner will receive the iPhone 18 by November 2026.
      4.  The quantity of the latest iPhone model will be given to the Grand Prize winner according to the quantity of mobile lines activated under the winner’s U Family 128 or U Biz Share 128 plan at the point of claiming the Grand Prize. For example, at the time the Grand Prize winner claims the Grand Prize, the winner only has three (3) mobile lines activated under the winner’s U Family 128 or U Biz Share 128 plan, the winner will only be entitled to receive three (3) latest iPhones.
      5. The Grand Prize winner must ensure that:
        1. Your Postpaid account remains Active and it is not suspended or terminated until the issuance of Grand Prize and the balance of the Grand Prize every year. "Active" means able to make and receive calls.
        2. Your Postpaid plan remains the same rate plan (U Family 128 or U Biz Share 128 plan) or upgraded to a higher rate plan; failing which the Grand Prize will be forfeited and the balance of the Grand Prize will be revoked.
      6.  In the event Grand Prize winner passes away, the Grand Prize cannot be transferred to another person and will be forfeited.
    3. U Mobile will notify the winners via phone call and will also issue a notification letter to the winners (“Notification Letter”). U Mobile reserves the right to disqualify and select another shortlisted participant if the winner is unable to be contacted. U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the winners.
    4. The winners will be required to collect the Prizes at a designated venue within a period to be notified by U Mobile, failing which U Mobile reserves the right to forfeit the Prizes. Any winner whose Prizes have been forfeited will not be entitled to any payment or compensation.
    5. The winners must bear all the expenses relating to the collection of the Prizes or attending a Prize giving ceremony (if required) including travelling and transportation expenses. If the winner is unable to collect the Prize or attend the prize giving ceremony personally, the winner may appoint a representative to collect the Prize or attend the Prize giving ceremony on the winner’s behalf by producing the Notification Letter and a letter of authorization containing the representative’s details. The photocopy NRIC/passport (front and back) of the authorized person must also be produced upon collection of the Prize for verification purpose. Failure to collect the Prizes or attend the prize giving ceremony will result in forfeiture of Prizes and the winners will be re-selected.
    6. U Mobile reserves the right to disqualify the winners at its sole discretion, (i) if there is any inconsistency between the data submitted upon the collection of Prizes and the data recorded in U Mobile’s system, and (ii) in the event of fraudulent conduct.
    7. The Prizes are given on an "as is" basis and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, in full or in part. U Mobile makes no warranties express or implied, on the quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Prizes. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with a voucher or an item of similar value at any time without prior notice. 
    8. The Prizes cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  1. General
    1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
    2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is the participant’s responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if the participants do not agree to any of the changes, they must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
    3. All Prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
    4. By participating in this Campaign, all participants: -
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign; and
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
    5. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions, the Website Policy and Online Store terms of use and the Postpaid Terms and Conditions, the conflict will be resolved in the following order:

      (a)    the Postpaid Terms and Conditions;
      (b)    the Website Policy and Online Store terms of use; and
      (c)    these Terms and Conditions.
    6. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
    7. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
