Ultra Unlimited Wireless Broadband has now been upgraded to offer unlimited data for home-learning and work-from-home productivity, as well as fun and games. We have also upgraded our base quota for your learn-from-home and work-from-home needs.
Ultra Unlimited Wireless Broadband plans are open to all new and existing U Mobile subscribers.
You can sign up for Ultra Unlimited Wireless Broadband at our U Mobile stores or online.
There is no contract tied to our Ultra Unlimited Wireless Broadband plans. You may cancel anytime without any penalty.

If you are an existing U Mobile customer, you are entitled to a 50% rebate on your monthly fee for 24 months if you sign up for a WB68, WB88 or WB128 plan within the promo period.
This rebate is only applicable if you are an existing U Mobile subscriber with a GX68 line and above.
The 50% monthly rebate will be reflected on your monthly bill.
This promo starts from 11 March 2021 onwards, until further notice.
You will not be eligible for the 50% monthly fee rebate if you cancel your existing mobile plan (GX68 and above) before the end of the 24-month rebate duration for your Ultra Unlimited Wireless Broadband plan.
You will have to pay the full monthly fee for your WB68, WB88 or WB128 plan.
You will start paying the full monthly fee for your WB68, WB88 or WB128 plan in the following month.
There will be no contract if you sign up for Ultra Unlimited Wireless Broadband plans with the 50% rebate offer. You may cancel anytime without any penalty.

No, our Ultra Unlimited Wireless Broadband plans are purely for data usage only. You may also use the data for your tablet.

You can download the MyUMobile App on your phone and log in with your broadband number to monitor your data usage.
You can use your own devices for the Ultra Unlimited Wireless Broadband plan. However, we do offer our own MiFi devices if you would like to purchase a device from us.
No, you will not be tied down to a contract.
You may send your MiFi device to the device manufacturer’s service center for warranty claims.
No, you can use your own devices. Alternatively, if you do not have a device, you can purchase a MiFi device from U Mobile without a contract.
Yes, you can purchase our data booster plan for just RM10 which will give you 5GB data with 3 days validity period.
WB lines will only be entitled to enjoy the 50% discount as long as they meet the eligible postpaid line. Should the customer perform the following operations to any of its line which will violate the eligibility rule, the discount will be removed:
a) change offer
b) change product to non-eligible WB (e.g. change to WB48)
c) change ownership
d) deactivation
e) port-out
Please note that you will not be entitled to the 50% rebate offer on your final month bill if you terminate your Ultra Unlimited Wireless Broadband service before the end of your 24 months contract period. Your final bill will be pro-rated based on the full rate plan and it will be according to your billing period cycle.
