To redeem Free Data via the MyUMobile App, follow these steps:
 

1. Download and log in to the MyUMobile App. Ensure you are using MyUMobile App version 3.12.8 and above.
2. A pop-up banner with a link to redeem free data will appear upon login. Tap the Redeem button to proceed.
3. Alternatively, you can find ‘Redeem Free Data’ icon on the MyUMobile App main page under ‘All Services’ to perform the redemption.
4. After successful redemption, you will receive a notification message confirming it.
5. You can check usage details under ‘View All Usage Details’ in the MyUMobile App.
