This Campaign is open to selected Active Prepaid subscribers only. “Active” means able to make and receive calls and have received notification through any channels (SMS / UMB / eDM / MyUMobile app) from U Mobile (“Notification”).
The Campaign date will be stated in the notification that you have received through any form of communication channels (SMS / UMB / eDM / MyUMobile app).
To participate in this Campaign, you must receive a U Mobile SMS about the campaign from the short code 28139 and must perform Prepaid reload (the amount that stated in the SMS / UMB / eDM / MyUMobile app) through any available reload channels.
First 3,000 subscribers who perform top-up as specify in the notification during the promotion period will receive a one-time bonus credit reward as stated in the notification that participants received through SMS.
The reward will be credited directly to the eligible subscribers’ Prepaid account within 7 working days and will be valid for a period of 7 days. U Mobile will notify the participants of the rebate via SMS (“Reward Notification”). U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward.
