You will be able to terminate your service anytime. However, if you terminate or downgrade your current plan or change to another rate plan before the expiry of commitment period, the following will be applicable:
For customers who have paid for the upfront payment (not entitled for the upfront payment waiver), your remaining monthly subsidy rebate will be forfeited.
For customers who are entitled for the upfront payment waiver, you are required to refund the balance of device subsidy amount (upfront payment). The balance of device subsidy will be calculated as per the following
Subsidy amount (upfront payment) / Commitment Period x remaining number of months.
The remaining number of months will be deemed to include the month during which you terminated the Service. (Example: If you have subscribed to P79 Postpaid plan with any device and you terminate on the 7th month, you are required to refund RM360 / 24months x 18 months = RM270).
