GX38 is a prepaid data subscription service for your smartphone. GX38 is valid for 30 days, and your prepaid line must remain active in order to enjoy this plan's features. GX38 comes with unlimited data of up to 12Mbps for all types of usage, unlimited local calls to all networks, and free 6GB hotspot data.
Every activation or renewal of GX38 will be charge RM38.
You can use your unlimited data for all types of usage on your smartphone, including web browsing, social media, video and music streaming, e-mail and much more.
You can use your unlimited calls for local calls to all mobile networks.
All U Mobile Prepaid users may subscribe to this bundle, except for U Mobile Broadband service subscribers.
GX38 is designed for smartphone use only.
The unlimited data is meant for personal use on your smartphone. However, you also have an additional 6GB of free mobile hotspot data that you share with other devices. All mobile hotspot usage will be deducted from this allocated quota.
You may continue to use your mobile hotspot at a reduced speed of up to 64kbps.
There is no data quota cap for any of our Giler Unlimited plans.

Please ensure you have a balance of RM38 in order to successfully activate GX38.
Your subscription begins on the date that our service was activated, and will be renewed automatically at the end of 30 days, as long as you have enough balance in your prepaid account to renew your GX38 plan.
For example, if you subscribed to GX38 at 8.53pm on 30 June, your subscription will be renewed at 8.53pm on 30 July.
You will receive a friendly reminder (SMS) two days before your auto-renewal is due. Also, one day before, another SMS when your subscription is renewed.
Yes. You will receive an SMS notification on your subscription status.
If your subscription failed to automatically renew, you might have insufficient balance or your account might be in a passive period. The system will try to renew the subscription again on the following day.
You will be automatically unsubscribed from GX38 and any unused hotspot quota balance will be forfeited.
You may disable the auto-renewal service through UMB by dialling *118*1*5#.
No, you will not be able to subscribe to GX38 when you are in a passive period.
No, your subscription to GX38 will not be auto-renewed when you are in a passive period.
Any unused hotspot quota balance will be removed and not rolled over to the new subscription.
Any unused hotspot quota will be forfeited upon the next successful renewal, and will not be rolled over.
No, there is no limit to the number of times you can activate GX38.
Yes, you can subscribe to Turbo Booster (RM5 for24 hours), Hotspot Booster (3GB at RM3 for 3 days) and Data Booster 5 (10GB High-Speed Data at RM5 for 14 days)
