Free 30 Hours 4G/5G Speed Booster allows you to experience 4G/5G speed for 1 hour a day, or 30 hours in a month.
You can redeem 1 hour of Speed Booster daily from MyUMobile app. The Speed Booster is activated immediately after redemption. You will enjoy 4G or 5G speed based on the best network available in your area.

The free Unlimited 5G Weekends allows you to experience 4G/5G speed every weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
You can redeem Unlimited 5G Weekends from MyUMobile app anytime. However, 4G/5G speed will only be enabled from 00:00 Saturday to 23:59 Sunday. You will enjoy 4G or 5G speed based on the best network available in your area.
Weekly redemptions required.
Your speed will remain at 512kbps. To enjoy uncapped speed after reaching FUP, you can purchase our high-speed boosters or repurchase Prepaid U25/U35/U40.
All subscribers on the new 5G Prepaid Plan may subscribe to these data plans. Older rate plans such as Unlimited Funz, Power Prepaid, U Mobile Broadband service subscribers can upgrade to 5G Prepaid Plan via MyUMobile App or UMB (dial *118#).
Unlimited data on Prepaid U25 is meant for personal use and does not come with hotspot quotas. To enjoy hotspot, you may opt for Prepaid U35 (3GB hotspot) or Prepaid U40 & U50 (Unlimited hotspot). Alternatively, you may purchase our Hotspot Add-ons at RM5/30days here.
Prepaid U40 & U50 plan comes with 3GB high speed hotspot, followed by unlimited hotspot at 6Mbps & 12Mbps respectively.
FUP of 100GB applies to both unlimited hotspot and mobile usages collectively. Upon reaching the FUP, you can still enjoy unlimited hotspot and mobile data at a managed speed of 512kbps.
There is no data quota cap for Prepaid U25, U35, U40 & U50. You will stay connected even after reaching the limit according to our Fair Usage Policy.
Prepaid U25, U35, U40 & U50 comes with Fair Usage Policy (FUP). Upon reaching the FUP limits, users will be informed that they will be surfing at a reduced speed of 512kbps until the plan expires. The FUP is 30GB for Prepaid U25 and 100GB for Prepaid U35, U40 & U50. There’s no quota limit for surfing at reduced speed. The reduced speed still allows fairly good user experience for video streaming on standard definition, social media apps, music apps, internet browsing, etc.

Yes. You will receive an SMS notification on your subscription status.
If your subscription failed to automatically renew, it could be because you have insufficient balance, or your account is in a passive period. The system will attempt to renew the subscription again after 24 hours.
Yes, you can dial *118# to manage your subscription service.
No, you will not be able to subscribe to or auto renew during a passive period.
