NOTIFICATION

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) will be conducting the Hand Phone Users Survey 2018 from 12 November 2018 to 12 December 2018. Data collection will be conducted daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm every day except on national and Selangor public holidays. Respondents are randomly selected by computer, based on registered telephone numbers. Notification was published in the MCMC website: www.mcmc.gov.my. Survey extensions will be announced in the website, if required.

Please be advised that the purpose of this survey is for data collection only. No money will be collected nor sales solicited. Respondents are randomly selected by computer, based on registered telephone numbers. No personal information of mobile cellular subscribers was received from the service providers. Participation is voluntary; however, cooperation from members of the public is greatly appreciated. All information collected will be used only for the purpose of deriving statistics at the national level. Thank you.
