Public Advisory: Beware of Fraudulent Letters Impersonating U Mobile or Claiming To Represent U Mobile

 

U Mobile has been made aware of scammers misusing U Mobile’s name and logo, falsely claiming that they have been appointed for tower installation projects with our company. U Mobile has taken immediate steps to investigate the matter and has lodged a police report accordingly.

 

We wish to reiterate that U Mobile does not solicit partnerships, meetings, or payments via unsolicited letters. All official U Mobile communications are issued only through verified U Mobile channels and authorised representatives.

 

If you have received this letter or other similar documents:

  • Do not respond
  • Do not provide any personal or business information
  • Inform us at fmd.lar@u.com.my to verify
  • Lodge a police report once confirmed to be a scam

 

U Mobile is committed to safeguarding the public and our partners against fraudulent activities and will continue to take firm action against any misuse of our name or identity.
