  1. This “U Mobile X Black Adam – U Postpaid Sign Up Movie Tickets Giveaway” ("Giveaway") is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) ("U Mobile") which commences at 00:01 a.m on 28th October 2022 and ends at 11.59 p.m on 30th November 2022 ("Giveaway Period").

  2. All entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will be automatically disqualified.

  3. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).

  4. Giveaway Eligibility
    1. This Giveaway is open to all Malaysian citizens who are new subscribers for U Postpaid 68 or U Postpaid 98 plans during the Giveaway Period (“Eligible Participants").
    2. U Mobile’s employees, agencies, dealers, vendors and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Giveaway.
    3. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.
  5. Giveaway Mechanics
    1. To participate in this Giveaway, you are required to walk-in to any of the selected eleven (11) U Mobile Service Centre nationwide and sign up for a new U Postpaid 68 or U Postpaid 98 plan during the Giveaway Period.
    2. The selected eleven (11) U Mobile Service Centre locations are as listed in: https://bit.ly/findUMobile.
       
  6. Prize
    1. For each new and successful U Postpaid 68 or U Postpaid 98 plan sign-up, each Eligible Participants will receive two (2) individual Black Adam TGV in-season movie tickets (“Prize”), while stock lasts. You will receive the Prize immediately upon successful U Postpaid 68 or U Postpaid 98 plan sign-up at the respective U Mobile Service Centre.
    2. For each successful U Postpaid 68 or U Postpaid 98 plan sign-up, you will be eligible for one (1) Prize only.
    3. The applicable terms and conditions for the Prize are as specified by TGV Cinemas Sdn Bhd (“TGV Cinemas”):
      • Valid only for Black Adam (2D) movie.
      • Each voucher is valid for the duration of Black Adam showing on TGV Cinemas.
      • Valid to redeem at TGV Cinemas’ ticket counter, website or mobile app.
      • Valid to redeem 1 ticket for Classic/Deluxe/Glide in Classic/Deluxe/Deluxe+ halls in any TGV locations.
      • Two (2) vouchers are required for the redemption of Twin seats.
      • Multiple vouchers can be used within a single transaction.
      • Valid for 1-time use only and tickets/stock are subject to availability.
      • Must be redeemed before the expiry date.
      • The redemption of this voucher is not eligible for MovieMoney earning.
      • Non-returnable, non-refundable, non-extendable, and strictly not for resale.
      • This voucher is not applicable for any other promotions or hall bookings.
      • This voucher remains as the property of TGV Cinemas and TGV Cinemas reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
    4. You are not allowed to sell the Prize to any third parties.
    5. The Prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash in full or in part.

    1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Giveaway are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
    2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Giveaway and extending the Giveaway Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Giveaway.
    3. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Giveaway. All participants agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Giveaway.
    4. By participating in the Giveaway, all participants: -
      1. Consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Giveaway;
      2. Consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
      3. Grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
    5. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
    6. The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Giveaway.
