  1. This Prepaid Mid-Year Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No.199101013657(223969-U) ("U Mobile") which will commence at 10:00am on 11 June 2025 and end at 11:59pm on 5 August 2025 ("Campaign Period").
  2. All entries received before or after the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.
  3. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”)
  4. Campaign Eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to selected Active Prepaid subscribers only who have received notification through any channels (SMS / UMB / eDM / MyUMobile App) from U Mobile (“Notification”). “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
    2. U Mobile employees, agencies, partners, and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.
    3. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reason.
    4. Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign.
  5. Campaign Mechanics
    1. To participate in this Campaign, you must perform a successful U Mobile Prepaid Reload transaction of minimum RM30 (“Reload”) and you must subscribe to a U Mobile Prepaid Plan (“Prepaid Plan”) as per your category, as specified in Table A below within the Campaign Period;
    2. Each DCB spend of min. RM10 will also entitle you to be eligible to participate in this campaign.

    1. When you’ve successfully completed the actions listed in paragraph 5 (a) and/or (b), you will be deemed to be a participant of the Campaign and will be in the running to win prizes. No entry form is required.

    1. The Monthly Prize and Weekly Prize shall collectively be referred to as “Prizes”.
    2. U Mobile will notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward via SMS (“Reward Notification”). U Mobile may use any other method or medium it deems fit to notify the participants of their entitlement to receive the reward.
    3. The RM20 GrabGifts e-voucher will be credited directly to the winners’ MyUMobile App within seven (7) working days from the end date of the Campaign Period and will be valid for a period of 6 months. Winners must download & login to MyUMobile App to redeem the GrabGift e-voucher. If you do not use the reward within the period provided, the reward will automatically expire and any unused reward will be forfeited.
    4. The RM3 Bonus Credit (“Bonus Credit”) will be credited into the winners’ MyUMobile App within seven (7) working days from the end date of the Campaign Period and will be valid for a period of 2 days. Winners must download & login to MyUMobile App to check the bonus.
    5. The 10GB High Speed Data (“Bonus Data”) will be credited into the winners’ MyUMobile App within seven (7) working days from the end date of the Campaign Period and will be valid for a period of 2 days. Winners must download & login to MyUMobile App to check the bonus.
    6. Any usage involving calls or data will be deducted from the Bonus Credit/Bonus Data first after which such usage will be deducted from your available Prepaid Credit/Data.
    7. If you have existing bonus data (from earlier campaigns), the Bonus Data that you receive under this Campaign will supersede your existing bonus data.
    8. If you do not use the reward within the period provided, the reward will automatically expire and any unused reward will be forfeited.
    9. All rewards will be forfeited if your Prepaid line is terminated or you port-out to another service provider.
    10. You must ensure that your Prepaid account is Active when the reward is credited to your account.
    11. The rewards are given on “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute any of the rewards with another reward of similar value at any time without prior notice.
  1. General
    1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
    2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
    3. All prizes or rewards are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardians agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
    4. By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
      3. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
    5. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings, representations and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have been given by their parents or guardians.
    6. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
    7. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
