1. This U Mobile ‘Giler Bagi Lebih GX50 Promo’ promotion (“Promotion”) by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) will commence at 00:00 on 8 May 2020 and continue until further notice (“Promotion Period”).
3. Promotion Eligibility
This Promotion is open to all Active Postpaid subscribers except corporate subscribers on corporate accounts. “Active” means able to make and receive calls. This Promotion is open to one port-in at one point of time.
4. Promotion Mechanics
To participate in this Promotion:
a. You must register a new Unlimited GX50 Postpaid line or perform successful port-in from another service provider to Unlimited GX50 Postpaid plan via U Mobile Service Centre, authorised U Mobile Dealers or online channel (via U Mobile Online Store and Online MNP) during the Promotion Period
b. Each eligible subscriber is only entitled to the Rebate under this Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Any subscribers who have participated in this Promotion and subsequently terminate their account and activate or re-activates new line during the Promotion Period will no longer be eligible for this Promotion. In this case, no Rebate will be granted from the termination or change rate plan month. Any remaining balance of the Rebate will be forfeited.
5. U Mobile ‘Giler Bagi Lebih GX50 Promo Rebate.
a. All successful Postpaid GX50 registration or successful port-in via online channel will be entitled to a monthly rebate of RM10 for 12 consecutive months (“Rebate”) that will be reflected in subsequent monthly bill statement.
b. The eligible Postpaid GX50 subscriber is only entitled to one–time Rebate for each billing period, subject always to the following conditions:
i. The Rebate is for 12 consecutive Postpaid billing period commencing from the activation month (“Rebate Period”).
ii. You will only receive the Rebate when the line is Active during the Rebate Period.
iii. Rebate will not be granted if the GX50 line is suspended. The following Table illustrates when the Rebate is payable based on successful port-in/ activation date:

c. The Rebate is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash in full or in part.
a. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions and may terminate, suspend this Promotion or extend the Promotion Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Promotion.
b. By participating in the Promotion, all participants: -
i. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Promotion;
ii. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
iii. Grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

iii. these Terms and Conditions.
d. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Promotion.
