Calling all students and lecturers, aged 18 and above!

1. Record a short version of casting on a MLBB tournament (duration between 3-5 mins), in English or Bahasa Malaysia.

2. You will need to include the keyword “U Mobile’s Mobile Legends Campus Championship Season 2” and/or “Organised by U Mobile” in the opening of the casting.

3. Submit/Post your video in your facebook page and hashtag #UMobileMLCCS2 #yourcampusname and tag @ummlcc2020.

4. Ensure your account is set to “Public”.

5. Be creative in your casting.

One winner will be chosen to shoutcast at one of the Top-14 match alongside our official Shoutcaster at the Grand Finale, all expenses paid.

U Mobile’s Mobile Legends Campus Championship 2020 Season 2

  1. This ‘Mobile Legends Campus Championship 2020 Season 2’ (“Tournament”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) and Reach Publishing Sdn Bhd (620143-W) (collectively “Organisers”) and commences on 29 June 2020 and ends on 30 November 2020 (“Tournament Period”).

  2. All entries received after the Tournament Period will be automatically disqualified.

  3. By participating in this Tournament, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below ("Terms and Conditions”).

  4. Tournament Eligibility

    1. This Tournament is open to students with valid student ID from selected participating campuses only.

    2. U Mobile’s employees, contractors, agencies or members of immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Tournament.

    3. The Organisers reserve the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participants without assigning any reasons.

    4. Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Tournament.


  5. Tournament Mechanism

    1. How to participate in this Tournament:

      1. Step 1: Team leader is required to register your team members details online via the Tournament’s official registration link http://tiny.cc/ummlccs2

      2. Step 2:

        1. For existing U Mobile user, you need to perform a successful reload transaction or make a payment of minimum RM10 to your respective Prepaid or Postpaid account after the registration. The transaction receipt date must be any date within the period from 7 July 2020 until the respective State Championship’s closing date. The transaction receipt is required to be kept as a proof of purchase.

        2. For non-U Mobile user, you need to purchase a U Mobile Prepaid SIM Pack and perform a successful reload transaction of RM10 after registration. For Postpaid plan, you can subscribe to any plan with a minimum subscription of RM20 package plan. The transaction receipt date must be any date any date within the period from 7 July 2020 until the respective State Championship’s closing date. The transaction receipt is required to be kept as a proof of purchase.

    2. Team registration is based on first come first serve basis and must have completed the steps in paragraph 5(a) above. Each State registration is limited to 32 campus teams per State. Registration will be closed once the 32 team slots have been filled even if the closing date is still open.

    3. Each successfully registered team will receive a confirmation from the Organisers on their participation (as part of the 32 teams) in their respective State tournament.

    4. Only participants who have completed the requirements under paragraph 5(a) and who are Active U Mobile subscribers are eligible to compete in the Tournament. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.

    5. Rules and regulations for the Tournament:

      1. There are 2 stages of the Tournament
        Stage 1: State Championship
        Stage 2: National Championship (Grand Finale)

      2. Each campus team will compete in Stage 1 to be in the running for the respective State Championship winner. The winning teams will proceed to the National Championship Tournament to compete for the National Championship title.

      3. Participants are required to adhere to the rules and regulations of the Tournament (“Rules and Regulations”) as set out at the U Mobile website www.u.com.my/ummlccs2 The Rules and Regulations form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Tournament.

  6. Prizes

    1. The prizes to be given out throughout the Tournament Period as set out below:

    2. The selection of winners will be as follows:

      1. The winning team will be selected based on the last team standing.

      2. Only ONE (1) winning team per State will be selected to compete in the National Championship. The winning team members must be from the same campus to enter the National Championship.

      3. Announcement of winners:

        4. State Championship: The winners will be announced within three (3) days after the end of each preliminary round at U Mobile MLCC S2 Facebook page.
        National Championship: The winners will be announced during the National Championship.
    3. The team leaders of the winning teams will be notified by the Organisers via email.

    4. The winners must ensure that their respective Prepaid or Postpaid accounts are Active during the Tournament Period until the issuance of prizes.

    5. The prize is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash or credit of any kind. All prizes are subject to availability.

    6. The prize is given on “as is” basis. The Organisers are not responsible for the merchantability of the prizes. The Organisers reserve the right to substitute the prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.

    7. All winners' names will be published on the U Mobile websites or any other method of communications U Mobile deems appropriate.

    8. Any disqualified winner shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.

    9. All winners must abide by the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.

  7. General

    1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Tournament are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.

    2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Tournament and/or extending the Tournament Period. Any such changes will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Tournament.

    3. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Tournament. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardians agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Tournament.

    4. By participating in the Tournament, all participants:-

      1. Consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Tournament; and

      2. Consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

    5. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Prepaid and Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Prepaid and Postpaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Prepaid or Postpaid Terms and Conditions, as the case may be, will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.

    6. The Tournament and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Tournament.

U Mobile’s Mobile Legends Campus Championship 2020 Season 2 Tournament is an eSport gaming tournament, organized by U Mobile, which is open to eligible registered students from all campuses in Malaysia only.

This tournament is open to all Malaysia campus with valid student ID. They must be a U Mobile customer and remain active in order to participate in this tournament. All 6 players inclusive of reserve player must be in the same campus, failure to this, the organiser have the rights to disqualify your team in this tournament.
