1. MyUMobile App
MyUMobile App is your one-stop app for everything U Mobile. Pay your bills, check usage, purchase add-ons and more.
2. Self Care portal
Pay your bills online quickly and securely with ease via Self Care portal.
3. Online Bill Payment
You can now make a bill payment for any U Mobile postpaid account without having to login to your Self Care account. Pay for yourself or your staff, anytime, anywhere!

Confirm your payment details and proceed to make payment
Auto debit
Activate the Auto Debit feature and your Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card will be charged on a fixed monthly schedule.

Login to Self Care or
MyUMobile App. -
Go to 'Bills and Payment' and select Auto Debit.

Enter your card details to confirm your registration for Auto Debit service. Once successful you'll receive a confirmation from us!
1. JomPAY
JomPAY accepts payment from any Savings, Current or Credit Card Account of any banks in Malaysia. Just login to your preferred Internet or Mobile Banking channel and pay with the Biller Code and Reference Number stated on your bill.

- Pos Malaysia (Cash only with physical bill)
