To continue supporting productivity-related services, U Mobile in partnership with MCMC, has decided to extend the free daily 1GB Productivity Internet offering to 24 hours from the existing 8AM to 6PM.

It is now available for all active U Mobile customers, from 1 July 2020 until 30th April 2021. Please kindly note that effective 26th Nov 2020, the free daily 1GB Productivity Internet has to be redeemed via SMS.

All active Postpaid and Prepaid (except WeChatGo) who redeemed the free daily 1GB Productivity Internet will be able to enjoy this service.

You can redeem the Free 1GB daily. However please take note that your subscription comes with unlimited quota which is valid for all apps & web sites

The daily 1GB can be redeemed at any time and is valid 24 hours from the time of redemption.
For example, if you redeem the 1GB Productivity Internet at 10AM, it will be valid until 9:59AM of the following day.
SMS to 28111 is Free of charge

Customers can only redeem it once a day until 30 April 2021.

Once activated, you will receive an SMS to confirm the redemption. You can also check via your MyUMobile App/UMB.

Usage on productivity and information-related services will utilise the free daily 1GB Productivity Internet first. Once your free daily 1GB Productivity quota is exhausted, your existing data plan quota will be utilised.
