  1. This “Imago Mall U Mobile Store Stacy Concert Campaign” ("Campaign") is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) ("U Mobile") which commences at 10:00 a.m on 2 June 2025 and ends at 11.00 p.m on 20 June 2025 ("Campaign Period").
  2. All entries received before or after the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.
  3. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
  4. Campaign Eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to new and existing U Mobile subscribers who are Malaysian citizens.
    2. The Campaign is applicable for on ground campaign only, at the U Mobile Store in Imago Mall, Sabah.
    3. U Mobile’s employees, agencies, dealers, vendors and their immediate family members are not allowed to participate in this Campaign.

    U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify any participant without assigning any reasonParticipants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign.

  5. Campaign Mechanics
    1. To participate in this Campaign, you must perform any one of the following actions at the U Mobile Store in Imago Mall during the Campaign Period:
      1. Purchase the U Mobile’s U Family 128 Plan (“U Family 128”); OR
      2. Subscribe to any U Mobile’s Prepaid Plan (“Prepaid Plan”) or Postpaid Plan (“Postpaid Plan”);
    2. No entry forms are required.
  6. Prize and fulfilment
    1. Each eligible participant who has fulfilled the campaign mechanics in Paragraph 4 above will be entitled to the following prizes (“Prizes”).

Subscribe to any Prepaid Plan or Postpaid Plan Free Limited Edition Tote Bag
    1. In addition, all eligible U Mobile customers will be entitled to receive 15% discount on Aku Stacy Concert tickets. The customers must purchase their concert tickets via ticket2u.com, with the assistance of U Mobile staff at the U Mobile Store in Imago Mall.
    2. For customers subscribing to U Family 128 plan, the concert tickets will be issued as e-tickets and sent to the customer’s registered email address.
    3. The Prize is given on an “as is” basis. U Mobile is not responsible for the merchantability of the prizes and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, in full or in part U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the prize with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.
    4. All unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited. Any winner whose Prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation.
  1. General
    1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
    2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
    3. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) or breach of any of these Terms and Conditions; whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
    4. By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
      1. Consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
      2. Consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
      3. Grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.

      Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings, representations and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have been given by their parents or guardians.

    5. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid and Prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions and Prepaid Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid and Prepaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency
    6. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
