Telesales Campaign: U Home 5G Rebate

This U Home 5G Rebate Campaign by Telesales (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn. Bhd. Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) which commences at 00:00:00 on 1 September 2024 and ends at 23:59:59 on 30 June 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
We reserve the right to reject any participation or subscription at our sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
Campaign Eligibility
1. This Campaign is open to selected U Mobile Postpaid plan subscribers only (Corporate account not included) who are:
  1. Active principal line holders (“Active” means able to make and receive calls); and are of age 18 years and above.
  2. Subscribers of U Postpaid 68 or U Postpaid 98.
2. The Eligible Subscribers will be selected by U Mobile at its sole and absolute discretion.
3. The Campaign is only available via U Mobile Telesales channel.
Campaign Mechanics
1. To participate in this Campaign:
  1. You must receive a phone call from our Telesales channel representative in relation to new U Home 5G with Wi-Fi 6 5G Router Bundle (“Bundle”) plan offer.
  2. You are required to purchase the Bundle plan via the Telesales channel.
2. When you have completed the steps listed in paragraph 5 (a) above, you will be deemed to be a participant of the Campaign. No entry form is required.
Rebate
1. The Eligible Subscriber is entitled to receive the rebate offer based on the monthly access fees for your Postpaid rateplan (“Rebate”) as specified in the Table below:

U Postpaid 98	RM38 for 24 months

1. Each Eligible Subscriber will be entitled to receive 1 Rebate only for each Bundle subscription. For example, if you have subscribed to U Postpaid 68 and U Postpaid 98 Bundles, you are entitled to two (2) Rebates under this Campaign. The first Bundle will receive RM38 x 24 months Rebate, and the second Bundle will receive RM38 x 24 months Rebate.
2. The first Rebate will be credited to the Eligible Subscriber’s account in the following month from the date of your Bundle activation. The Rebate will be reflected in your next monthly bill.
3. The Rebate will be forfeited if you terminate your Postpaid line, switch to U Mobile Prepaid plan, under suspension, port out from U Mobile network or terminate the Bundle prior to the expiry of the Commitment Period.
4. You must ensure that your Postpaid account is Active during the Campaign Period and at the point of issuance of the Rebate.
5. The Rebate is given on “as is” basis. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the Rebate with another rebate of similar value at any time without prior notice.

General
1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is the participants’ responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if the participants do not agree to any of the changes, such participants must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
3. All rewards are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents, or guardians, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct or indirect, special, or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
By participating in the Campaign, all participants: -
1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
3. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid or Broadband services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid or Broadband Terms and Conditions, the U Home 5G Router Bundle Terms and Conditions, the Telesales Channel Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions, the conflict will be resolved in the following order:
1. the Postpaid or Broadband Terms and Conditions;
2. the U Home 5G Router Bundle Terms and Conditions; and
3. the Telesales Channel Terms and Conditions; and
4. these Terms and Conditions.
The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
