Terms & Conditions

  1. ‘Deals For U’ (“Deals for U”) is provided by U Mobile Sdn. Bhd. Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) and is available on MyUMobile App and U Mobile UMB.
  2. The Deals for U is offered to selected eligible U Mobile Prepaid and Postpaid subscribers (“Eligible Subscribers”). The Eligible Subscribers for Deals For U offers will be selected by U Mobile at its sole and absolute discretion.
  3. The Deals for U offers are personalized exclusively for the Eligible Subscribers based on your spending or usage. Therefore, the offers may vary from one person to another.
  4. The Deals for U is subject to the Terms of Service of our Postpaid or Prepaid service including our Privacy Notice, the relevant Postpaid or Prepaid subscription plan and these additional terms and conditions, (collectively, the “Terms”) all which are available on https://www.u.com.my.
  5. We reserve the right to discontinue offering the Deals for U, modify or otherwise change the Terms.
  6. We reserve the right to reject any participation or subscription at our sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
  7. Deals for U
    1. Steps for purchasing the offers under ‘Deals For U’ are as follows:
      1. Via MyUMobile App:
        1. Download and login to MyUMobile App.
        2. Go to ‘Add-Ons’ page and select the offers that you wish to subscribe to in the ‘Deals For U’ section.
        3. Confirm your subscription.
        4. A confirmation SMS will be sent to you to confirm successful subscription.
        5. You may check your subscription details in ‘View All Usage Details’ section (in the MyUMobile App ‘Home’ page).
      1. Via UMB:

        Available for Active U Mobile Prepaid subscribers only (“Active” means able to make and receive call)

        1. Dial *118*01#
        2. Eligible subscribers will be able to view the list of available Deals For U offers. 
        3. Select the offer you wish to subscribe to and confirm your subscription.
        4. A confirmation SMS will be sent upon successful subscription.

        5. For more details about your subscription via the UMB channel, you may download and login to the MyUMobile App.

    2. The offers under the Deals for U will be reflected in the ‘Deals For U’ section in ‘Add-Ons’ page of the Eligible Subscribers’ MyUMobile App and on 01 Deals For U screen for UMB.
    3. The Deals for U offers may differ on daily basis. You are advised to check your MyUMobile App or dial *118*01# for the latest deals.
    4. For Postpaid or Prepaid services or plans (subscribed under the Deals for U) which come with renewable subscription, the price for the renewal subscription will be based on the regular price unless stated otherwise.
    5. If you are already subscribing to an existing Postpaid or Prepaid data or call plan, any purchase of a new Prepaid or Postpaid plan will override the existing data or call plan. Any unused quota or minutes of the existing data or call plan will be forfeited.
    6. The Deals for U offers can only be purchased and utilized when your line status is Active (“Active” means able to make and receive calls).
    7. For Prepaid, the validity period of your plan (“Active Period”) depends on the amount you top up. For example: for every RM1.00 you top up, your Active Period will be 1 day. If you top up RM10, your Active Period will be 10 days.
    8. The data service is subject to network limitations and availability and device capability. Your actual download speed and data capacity will vary and may be slower and are affected but not limited, by your distance from our mobile tower, the capacity of our mobile tower, the source of your download, your handset type and quality, the general Internet traffic and coverage availability.
    9. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid or Prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid or Prepaid Terms and Conditions, the MyUMobile App terms of use and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions, the MyUMobile App terms of use and the Postpaid or Prepaid Terms and Conditions, the conflict will be resolved in the following order:
      1. the Postpaid or Prepaid Terms and Conditions;
      2. the MyUMobile App terms of use; and
      3. these Terms and Conditions.
