Unlimited Mobile Internet is a prepaid subscription service for data on your mobile phone. This plan comes with free airtime and SMS (UMI 38 only). You can choose to subscribe to UMI 20, UMI 30, UMI 38 or UMI 50. All Unlimited Mobile Internet plans are valid for 30 days. Your U Mobile SIM must remain active in order to enjoy this bundle.
The 3X Data Promo is applicable to customers who subscribe to UMI 30 and UMI 50 by manual purchase or auto-renewal during the promotion period. It is also applicable to customers who subscribe to the CI 30 and CI 50 Combo Indonesia plans.

Your subscription begins on the date that our service was activated, and will be renewed automatically at the end of 30 days, as long as you have enough balance in your prepaid account to renew your Unlimited Mobile Internet plan.
Yes. You will receive SMS notifications two days and one day before your auto-renewal is due, and another SMS when your subscription is renewed.
Yes. You will receive an SMS notification on your subscription status.
You can start to use these services once you receive a confirmation SMS that will activate these services.
If your subscription fails to automatically renew, you might have insufficient balance or your account might be in a passive period. The system will try to renew your subscription again on the following day.
You can check your Unlimited Mobile Internet quota balance and validity via the following channels:
You will receive an SMS notification when you have exceeded your quota. There will not be any additional charges, but your speed will be throttled once you exceed your high-speed quota.
Once you use up your voice call minutes from your Unlimited Mobile Internet plan, your outgoing calls will be charged based on your current prepaid rate plan. You can renew your Unlimited Mobile Internet plan to start enjoying free talk time again.
Your SMS will be charged at U Mobile's standard prepaid tariff.
You can deactivate your Unlimited Mobile Internet plan through UMB by dialing *118*3*1*4#. You can also send“Off UMI 20”,“Off UMI 30”, “Off UMI 38” or “Off UMI 50” via SMS to 28118. Each SMS will be charged RM0.05.
You may stop the auto-renewal service through UMB by dialling *118*3*1*5#.
Your existing Unlimited Mobile Internet plan will be replaced by your new Unlimited Mobile Internet plan. Any unused quota and minutes will be forfeited, and not rolled over to the new Unlimited Mobile Internet plan.
For example, if you are subscribed to UMI 50 and purchase UMI 30, any unused quota and minutes from your old UMI 50 plan will be forfeited when you purchase UMI 30. You will only be able to use the allocated data and minutes of your new UMI 30 plan.
No, you will not be able to subscribe to Unlimited Mobile Internet plans during a passive period.
No, your Unlimited Mobile Internet plan will not be auto-renewed during a passive period.
Your unused balance will be rolled over to your new bundle along with a new validity date. However, the bundle has a maximum cap of:
Any minutes and SMS exceeding the cap will be forfeited.
Any unused balance for data, voice and SMS will be removed and not rolled over to the new subscription.
You will be automatically unsubscribed from your Unlimited Mobile Internet service and any unused balance will be forfeited.
No, there is no limit on the number of times you can activate this plan.
Data freebies such as App-Onz (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), Free 200MB upon activation and Free 1GB every month (Power Prepaid) will be utilised first before Unlimited Mobile Internet, followed by Free Basic Internet.
Your free voice calls for Unlimited Mobile Internet will be used first, followed by other voice freebies such as Free 10 mins On-Net calls (with Unlimited Power Plan).
All Unlimited Mobile Internet plans (UMI 20, UMI 30, UMI 48, UMI38, UMI 50) are eligible for 4G LTE except for UMI 18 and UMI 28, which connect to the Internet at 3G.
