Make your purchase on the U Mobile Online Store. If you already have a MyDigital ID account, you’ll be prompted to continue your verification through the MyDigital ID app. 

 

*Update your MyDigital ID app to the latest version 2.8.1 for uninterrupted and seamless service.

Step 2
Log in to the MyDigital ID app and follow the on-screen prompts.

Step 3
Complete your identity verification in the MyDigital ID app.

Step 4
After verification is complete, return to the Online Store page where you began your purchase and click Next.

Step 5
Proceed to complete your purchase. 

Note : In the event of failed MyDigital ID verification, you may complete your verification via eKYC on our MyUMobile App
