Terms & Conditions

1. This “CreditSOS Riang Raya Campaign” (“Campaign”) is organized by U Mobile Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U)) (“U Mobile”) which commences on 4 March 2024 and ends on 28 April 2024 (“Campaign Period”). All entries received outside the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.
   
2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
   
3. Campaign eligibility
   
   1. This Campaign is open to all U Mobile Prepaid subscribers who subscribe to CreditSOS during the Campaign Period.
      
   2. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify participants without assigning any reason.
      
   3. Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign.
4. Campaign mechanism
   
   To participate in this Campaign, you are required to subscribe to CreditSOS via any subscription channels provided by U Mobile throughout the Campaign Period. For each subscription, the applicable service fee will be charged.
   
5. Reward
   
   1. Daily cash reward
      
      1. A total of 100 winners will be selected daily based on every 100 successful CreditSOS subscription for every 200th transaction of the day (For example: 200th, 400th, 600th, 800th, 1000th, 1200th and so forth). Each winner will be entitled to receive RM3 free credit (“Free Credit”).
         
      2. Daily winners will be selected and compounded on a monthly basis. (i.e.: total winners for the entire Campaign will be 100 daily winners x 56 days = 5,600 winners). The winners will receive a SMS notification once the Free Credit has been credited into their Prepaid account by following dates:
         
         1. 8 April 2024 – for March 2024 winners; and
            
         2. 7 May 2024 – for April 2024 winners.
      3. The validity period of the Free Credit is 3 days and is not extendable. Any unused Free Credit will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period. You can check your credit balance via *118*6*3*4#.
         
      4. The Free Credit cannot be used to settle any outstanding CreditSOS amount.
   2. Weekly Free Device
      
      1. Top two (2) subscribers with the highest total successful subscriptions value performed within one (1) week for each week during the Campaign Period may win a free Oppo A79 5G (256GB) or RealMe 11 5G (128GB) (collectively, “Weekly Free Device”).
         
      2. Two (2) winners will be selected for each week during the Campaign Period, with a total of sixteen (16) winners for this Campaign.
         
      3. Weekly winners will receive a SMS notification once winners have been successfully identified and validated by the following dates:
         
         1. 8 April 2024 – for March 2024 winners; and
            
         2. 7 May 2024 – for April 2024 winners.
   3. Monthly Free Device
      
      1. The highest total successful subscriptions value performed within one (1) calendar month during the Campaign Period may win an iPhone 15 (128GB) or a Samsung S24 5G (512GB) (collectively, “Monthly Free Device”) (the Free Credit, Weekly Free Device and Monthly Free Device shall be collectively referred to as “Rewards”).
         
      2. One (1) winner will be selected for each month during the Campaign Period, with a total of two (2) winners for this Campaign.
         
      3. Monthly winners will receive a SMS notification once winners have been successfully identified and validated by the following dates:
         
         1. 8 April 2024 – for March 2024 winners; and
            
         2. 7 May 2024 – for April 2024 winners.
   4. Fulfilment of Rewards
      
      1. U Mobile will notify the winners of their entitlement to receive the Weekly Free Device and Monthly Free Device via phone call or SMS or other method or medium it deems fit. The Free Device may be awarded as follows (subject to U Mobile’s sole discretion):
         
         1. The winners are required to provide a valid delivery address for the delivery of the Weekly Free Device and Monthly Free Device. Failure to provide a valid delivery address after two (2) times of attempted delivery arrangement will result in the forfeiture of the Free Device. Any winner whose Free Device has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation. U Mobile may at its discretion revise the Free Device delivery arrangement.
            
         2. The winner’s failure to provide the required details or information will result in the forfeiture of the Free Device.
      2. The participants must ensure that their U Mobile accounts remain active throughout the Campaign Period and until the issuance of Rewards. “Active” means able to make and receive calls.
         
      3. U Mobile reserves the right at its sole discretion to re-schedule any Rewards issuance without prior notice. The winners’ names may be published on U Mobile’s website or any other method of communications U Mobile deems appropriate. Any Rewards shown on U Mobile’s website, U Mobile’s social media pages, advertisements and Campaign materials are for photography or illustration purposes only.
   5. The Rewards will be forfeited if:
      
      1. Your Prepaid account has been suspended or terminated;
         
      2. Your Prepaid account becomes inactive;
         
      3. You have switched to U Mobile Postpaid plan; or
         
      4. You have switched your Prepaid account to another network service provider and is no longer a U Mobile user.
   6. During the Campaign Period, participants may make unlimited entries.
      
      1. For the Free Credit reward, each participant qualifies for one Free Credit reward throughout the Campaign. Once a participant has won a Free Credit reward, the Free Credit winner will no longer qualify for any additional Free Credit reward from this Campaign. However, the Free Credit winners remain eligible to win the Weekly Free Device and Monthly Free Device rewards.
         
      2. For the Weekly Free Device reward, participant who is awarded a Weekly Free Device in any week will not be eligible for further Weekly Free Device reward.
         
      3. For the Monthly Free Device reward, participant who is awarded a Monthly Free Device in the first month will not be eligible for the Monthly Free Device reward in the subsequent month. 
   7. The Rewards are given on an "as is" basis and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, in full or in part. U Mobile is not responsible for the merchantability of the Rewards.  U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the Rewards with that of similar value at any time without prior notice. 
6. General
   
   1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants.  If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
      
   2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
      
   3. All Rewards are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardians agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
      
   4. By participating in the Campaign, all participants:
      
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;
         
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing, or advertising materials; and
         
      3. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
   5. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
      
   6. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
