  1. This ‘U Mobile X Maybank Postpaid Campaign’ (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd (Registration No: 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”) which commences at 00:00:00 on 15 July 2025 and ends at 23:59:59 on 15 October 2025 (“Campaign Period”). All entries received outside the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified.
  2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
  3. Campaign Eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to :
      1. new and existing U Mobile subscribers; and
      2. Maybank’s customers.
    2. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify participants without assigning any reason.
  4. Campaign Mechanics and Rewards
    1. To participate in this Campaign, you must subscribe either by  i) new subscription, ii) upgrade your existing plan or iii) porting in from other service providers, to the selected Postpaid plans as specified in the Table A below via U Mobile Online Store and by selecting Maybank2u Online Banking as the payment channel.

Table A

 

    1. Each eligible subscriber is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Campaign reward for each per transaction and each mobile number.
    2. Subscribers will receive the rewards instantly upon entering the promo codes and selecting Maybank2u Online Banking channel during payment completion or checkout. The campaign promo code discount will be deducted from the final total amount payable.
    3. You must select Maybank2u Online Banking as the payment channel to enjoy the reward. Failing which you will not be eligible for the rewards. and U Mobile reserves the right to charge back the amount to the subscriber's Postpaid account.
    4. No entry forms are required.
    5. Each successful transaction qualifies for the reward based on the Campaign Month table below:

  1. General
    1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants.  If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
    2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
    3. All rewards are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign.  All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardians, agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
    4. By participating in the Campaign, all participants:
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign; and
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and
      3. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
    5. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings, representations and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have been given by their parents or guardians.
    6. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Postpaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions, the relevant Postpaid rate plan Terms and Conditions and Devices Terms and Conditions and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Postpaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
    7. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
    8. In the event of any conflict between the English and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.
