1. Your Prepaid account validity can be extended for one day at RM1 via UMB or MyUMobile App (Service).
2. You can subscribe to the Service only once a day up to a maximum of 5 times a month.
3. Upon successful subscription of the Service:
a. A non-refundable service fee of RM1 will be deducted from your Prepaid account balance. You are required to have a minimum credit balance of RM1 before subscribing to the Service.
b. You will be able to continue enjoying App-Onz. However, in order to enjoy free calls to U Mobile numbers you must perform a minimum Prepaid top up of RM1.00 subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions available at https://www.u.com.my/tnc/194.
4. You will not be able to cancel the Service after successful subscription of the Service.
5. U Mobile may change any of these terms and conditions including terminating or suspending the Service. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions on our website.
6. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
