Contract freedom means you have the ability to terminate your service at any time. However, if you terminate or downgrade your current plan or change to another rate plan before the expiry of the commitment period, the following will be applicable:
For customers who have paid the Upfront Payment (not entitled to the Upfront Payment waiver), your remaining monthly rebate subsidy will be forfeited.
For customers who are entitled to the Upfront Payment waiver, you will be required to refund the balance of the device subsidy amount (Upfront Payment). The device subsidy balance will be calculated as per the following:
Subsidy amount (Upfront Payment) / Commitment period x Remaining number of months = The refund balance
The remaining number of months will include the month during which you terminated the Service. For example, if you are subscribed to a P79 Postpaid plan with any device and you terminate on the 7th month, you are required to refund RM480 / 24 months x 18 months = RM360.

Your purchased device and U Mobile SIM card (if any) together with the rewards will be shipped from 4th March 2022 onwards provided there is no restriction of movement. However, U Mobile reserves the right to extend the delivery schedule.
Upon receiving your pre-order device, you are required to redeem your Samsung Online store e-voucher between 23rd February 2022 until 30th March 2022.
Please note that
a. No change or credit will be given in the event that the e-Voucher value exceeds the total cost of the purchased item.
b. The Customer will be required to top up if the value of the purchased item exceed the e-Voucher value.
