Enter Credit Details
SMS TR <Credit Amount> <Recipient Number> to 28166
Example: TR 5 0123456789 – To Send RM5
Step 2
Send SMS
Confirm the amount and recipient's mobile number. Once done, hit the Send button.
Step 3
Receive Confirmation SMS
An SMS will be sent to you if the credit transfer is successful.

Enter Credit Details
SMS RQ <Credit Amount> <Requesting Number> to 28166
Example: RQ 5 0123456789 – To Request RM5
Step 2
Send SMS
Confirm the amount and recipient's mobile number. Once done, hit the Send button.

Receive Confirmation SMS
An SMS will be sent to you if the credit transfer is successful.

Enter Mobile Number
Key in the number that you would like request/transfer credit to.

Select Credit Amount
Select your desired credit amount.
Step 4
Receive Confirmation SMS
SMS will be sent to you once the credit request/transfer is successful.

This service is available to U Mobile Prepaid customers only. Active U Mobile Prepaid customers are eligible to make a credit transfer using this CreditShare service. Active and inactive Prepaid customers are eligible to receive credit.
Yes. You will be charged a RM0.50 service fee each time you make a credit transfer, and a RM0.20 service fee when you receive credit via this service.
Yes. You need to have a minimum credit balance of RM1 after transferring your credit and having the service fee deducted.
