This CreditSOS Automated Subscription Campaign runs from 13 May 2025 to 7 July 2025 (56 days).

The CreditSOS Automated Subscription Campaign is open to all U Mobile Prepaid subscribers who were not subscribed to CreditSOS Automated prior to the Campaign launch date.

To participate, you must register for the CreditSOS Automated Subscription service AND successfully complete at least 1 CreditSOS subscription via the Automated Subscription channel. ​

To register for the CreditSOS Automated Subscription service and participate in this Campaign, follow either of the steps below:

1. Send ON ACR to 28120, OR
2. Dial (for 5G users) *118*2*2*2*1# OR (for non 5G users) *118*3*2*1#

Then,

You are required to successfully perform at least 1 CreditSOS subscription via the Automated Subscription channel throughout the Campaign period.

RM2 Free Credit for 5,000 winners throughout the Campaign period, with 625 winners selected weekly on a first-come, first-served basis.​

Winners who have been successfully identified and validated will receive an SMS notification by the following dates:

• 30 May 2025​
• 13 June 2025​
• 27 June 2025​
• 11 July 2025​

The RM2 Free Credit will be forfeited if subscriber's prepaid account meets any of the following criteria:

1. Your Prepaid account has been suspended or terminated;
2. Your Prepaid account becomes inactive;​
3. You have unsubscribed to the Automated CreditSOS Credit subscription;​
4. You have switched to U Mobile Postpaid plan; or​
5. You have switched your Prepaid account to another network service provider and are no longer a U Mobile user​

The RM2 Free Credit is valid for two (2) days. Winners can check their balance by dialling *118*2*2*3#.

The RM2 Free Credit cannot be used to pay for an outstanding CreditSOS credit amount. The outstanding CreditSOS amount must be paid via a normal top-up.
