Terms & Conditions

  1. This “CreditSOS Royale Reward Campaign” ("Campaign") is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U)) ("U Mobile") which commences on 6 November 2023 and ends on 31 December 2023 ("Campaign Period"). All entries received outside the Campaign Period will be automatically disqualified. 
  2. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions below (“Terms and Conditions”).
  3. Campaign Eligibility
    1. This Campaign is open to U Mobile Prepaid subscribers only. 
    2. U Mobile reserves the right to reject any entries or disqualify participants without assigning any reason. 
    3. Participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have obtained the consent of their parents or guardians to participate in this Campaign. 
  4. Campaign Mechanics
    To participate in this Campaign, you are required to perform at least 1 successful CreditSOS transaction amounting RM3 & above via any subscription channels provided by U Mobile throughout the Campaign Period. For each subscription, the applicable service fee will be charged. 
  5. Reward
    1. Participants who completed the steps in clause 4 above will be entitled to receive rewards in the form of free credit as follows: 
      1. The first 230 subscribers who complete at least 1 successful CreditSOS transaction with credit advance amounting to RM3 and above will be selected as daily winners based on a first-come, first-served basis. Each winner will receive RM2 free credit (“Free Credit”).
      2. The validity period of the Free Credit is 2 days and is not extendable. Any unused Free Credit will be forfeited upon expiry of the validity period. You can check your credit balance via *118*6*3*4#.
    2. Winners will receive an SMS notification once the Free Credit has been credited into the winner’s Prepaid account. The Free Credit will be credited to the winners’ accounts every 2 weeks, on the following dates:
      1. 23 November 2023;
      2. 7 December 2023;
      3. 21 December 2023; and
      4. 4 January 2024.
    3. The Free Credit will be forfeited if:
      1. Your Prepaid account has been suspended or terminated;
      2. Your Prepaid account becomes inactive;
      3. You have switched to U Mobile Postpaid plan; or
      4. You have switched your Prepaid account to another network service provider and is no longer a U Mobile user.
    4. The Free Credit cannot be used to settle any outstanding CreditSOS amount. 
    5. Each participant is entitled to win the Free Credit ONCE throughout the Campaign Period. 
    6. You must ensure that your Prepaid account is active throughout the Campaign Period and at the point of issuance of the Free Credit. Your account is considered “active” if you are able to make and receive calls. 
    7. The Free Credit is given on an "as is" basis and is not transferable or exchangeable for cash, in full or in part. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute the Free Credit with that of similar value at any time without prior notice.
  6. General
    1. U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final and binding on all participants.  If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms and Conditions, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
    2. U Mobile may change any of these Terms and Conditions including terminating or suspending this Campaign and extending the Campaign Period. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.
    3. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participants. To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign. All participants and if the participants are below 18 years of age, their parents or guardians agree to release U Mobile from and indemnify U Mobile against all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or for loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct or indirect, special or consequential arising out of participation in this Campaign.
    4. By participating in the Campaign, all participants:
      1. consent for U Mobile to collect, record, hold, store, use and disclose their personal information for purposes which are necessary or related to the participation in the Campaign;  
      2. consent for U Mobile to disclose or publish their personal information such as their names and identities and any general information that U Mobile sees fit about the participants in any media, marketing or advertising materials; and 
      3. grant U Mobile the absolute and unrestricted right to modify, use and publish any still or moving images of the participants for any promotional, marketing, commercial or other related purpose, without any payment or compensation.
    5. Any consents, indemnities, agreement, undertakings, representations and warranties given under these Terms and Conditions by participants who are below the age of 18 years old are deemed to have been given by their parents or guardians. 
    6. The subscription and use of U Mobile’s Prepaid mobile services are subject to U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Condition and where applicable, these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, U Mobile’s standard Prepaid Terms and Conditions will apply to the extent of such inconsistency.
    7. The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.
