• All Malaysians and foreigners over 18 years old can sign up for the U Postpaid Borneo 38/U Postpaid Borneo 68 Rate Plan. The plan is available for new registrations, mobile number portability (MNP) port-ins, Prepaid-to-Postpaid conversion, and Rate Plan changes.
• Non-Malaysian citizen is required to pay a refundable deposit of RM500 per customer. U Mobile may from time to time change the deposit amount at our absolute discretion.

Effective 9 July, the U Postpaid Borneo 38 plan will no longer include the rebate promo. However, the plan will be enhanced with Free 5GB Roaming Data in Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand at RM38/month.

For the U Postpaid Borneo 68 plan, new sign-ups during the promo period will be eligible for an RM10 rebate for 12 months. Alternatively, customers can choose to receive a free 5G device with the same plan, without the monthly rebate.
