The 24-Hour ULTRA5G Trial is exclusively available to foreign Passport holders visiting Malaysia. Malaysian citizens, as well as MyKad, MyKas, MyPR, or MyTentera holders are not eligible.
The 24-Hour ULTRA5G Trial is only available in eSIM format and can only be used on eSIM-enabled devices. Please check your phone’s compatibility before activating the eSIM.

Each 24-Hour ULTRA5G Trial is limited to only 1 redemption per foreign Passport.
Before starting, make sure your device is connected to the internet throughout the activation process.
For iPhone users:
Step 1: Go to “Settings” and tap “Mobile Data”
Step 2: Tap "Add eSIM” and select “Use QR Code”
Step 3: Scan the unique QR Code sent to your registered email
Step 4: Install your eSIM and you're all set
Your iPhone must also be updated to iOS 12.1.1 and above. For more information, refer to the manufacturer’s website: https://support.apple.com/en-my/HT209044
For Android users:
Step 1: Go to Settings and tap "Connections”
Step 2: Tap "Cellular or Mobile Network”
Step 3: Select "Add Mobile Plan”
Step 4: Choose "Add Using QR Code” and scan the unique QR Code sent to your registered email
Step 5: Once the plan is detected, tap "Add” to install
Step 6: Tap "OK” to activate the plan

Make sure your device is connected to the internet or Wi-Fi throughout the activation process.
For iPhone users, ensure your device is updated to iOS 12.1.1 or later.
If the activation fails, try scanning the QR code again from your Activation email.

Visit any U Mobile Store for in-person assistance or contact our Customer Care Center to receive an Activation Code for manual setup.
Once the 24-Hour ULTRA5G Trial expires, you will no longer have access to mobile data. Your SIM and phone number will still stay active for 14 days, and you can continue receiving local incoming calls for free during this period.
If you want to keep using mobile data, simply go to the MyUMobile App and purchase an Add-On under the Add Ons tab.
