However, if you keep the Mobile App open for an extended period of time, you should refresh the homepage by selecting the icon at the top right corner of Homepage, in order to ensure the information displayed is still current.
To check if your payment has gone through successfully, go to the Bill Payment page and tap on ‘Bill Statement’.
