  1. 1,000 GB High Speed (“High Speed Internet”) is an add-on service to your U Biz 5G plan (“Plan”) that provides high speed internet once your Plan reaches the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) limit.

  2. High Speed Internet is supplied according to the Terms of Service of the Plan. You must comply with those Terms of Service including our Privacy Notice and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the “Terms”), all which are available on https://www.u.com.my/.

  3. High Speed Internet is applicable for subscription by all subscribers to the Plan.

  4. Once the High Speed Internet is applied to your Plan, your data is shareable via mobile hotspot/data-sharing.

  5. If you have subscribed to the High Speed Internet, when you terminate your Plan, any unused quota and validity from your High Speed Internet subscription will be forfeited without refund.

  6. High Speed Internet is valid until the next billing cycle of your subscription.

    Example: If your bill cycle is on the 1st of every month, and you buy the High Speed Internet on 15 January 2022, High Speed Internet will expire on 1 February 2022. The full fees of RM30 will be charged and will not be pro-rated.
     

  7. High Speed Internet will not be auto renewed on the 1st day of your bill cycle.
