3.2 Upon successful activation of the Bundle and subject to your compliance with these Terms, you will be entitled to receive one (1) Device with no upfront device payment (“Promo Offer”), subject to Device availability, allocation and fulfilment schedule.
3.3 The Commitment Period for the Bundle is twenty-four (24) or thirty-six (36) months as stated in your service order when you sign up.

4. Device
4.1 Device models, colours, memory capacity and availability will be determined by us and are subject to stock availability. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute a Device model with another model of similar value or specification at its absolute discretion.
4.2 The Device is provided as part of the Promo Offer only if you subscribe continuously to the Bundle for the entire Commitment Period.
4.3 You acknowledge that the Device title, interest and ownership do not belong to you during the Commitment Period. Risk of loss or damage shall pass to you upon delivery or collection of the Device, as applicable.
4.4 All Device warranty claims shall be directed to the relevant Device manufacturer or its authorised service centre. U Mobile does not process manufacturer warranty claims and shall not be liable for any Device defects.
5. Credit Assessment
5.1 The Promo Offer is subject to you passing our Credit Assessment.
5.2 If you fail our Credit Assessment, we may require you to make an upfront payment before activation of the Bundle, in such amount and manner as determined by us and notified to you.
5.3 If you fail to pay the required upfront payment within the timeframe determined by U Mobile, we reserve the right to cancel the Bundle registration.
6. Termination
6.1 If you terminate the Bundle at any time before the end of the Commitment Period, you will be required to pay for the early termination fee (ETF). The early termination fee is in addition to any charges payable by you under your Account up to the time of the termination. The early termination fee is calculated as follows:
6.2 U Mobile at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to you to suspend or terminate the Bundle if you are found to be in violation of the Terms. You remain responsible to pay the monthly recurring charges for the Bundle during any period of suspension and the applicable ETF in the event such termination occurs during the Commitment Period.
7. General
7.1 U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Promo are final, conclusive and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.
7.2 The Promo Offer is not exchangeable or convertible for cash, credit or any other alternatives and cannot be combined with other packages unless stated otherwise.
7.3 U Mobile may, at any time and without any prior notice, change any of these Terms including terminating or suspending this Promo; extending the Promo Period; and changing the Device options, eligibility criteria, or fulfilment arrangements. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Promo.
7.4 To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Promo.
7.5 The Promo and these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Promo.
8. Definitions
8.1 “Account” means your U Mobile business postpaid account registered with us under a valid BRN.
8.2 “Promo Offer” means the offer of one (1) premium Device at no upfront device payment (subject to eligibility and Credit Assessment) upon successful activation of the Bundle during the Promo Period.
8.3 “Commitment Period” means the minimum commitment period of twenty-four (24) or thirty-six (36) months for the subscribed Bundle, as stated in your service order when you sign up.
8.4 “Credit Assessment” means our credit evaluation and screening process, including CTOS, DDMF checks and/or such other checks as we may at our sole discretion determine.
8.5 “Device” means the premium device offered under the Promo as determined by us, including (subject to availability) iPhone models and selected Android models such as Samsung Galaxy S25 FE (256GB), or such other models as may be announced from time to time.
8.6 “MNP Port-in” means the mobile number portability process of transferring an existing mobile number from another service provider to U Mobile.
8.7 “Remaining Months” means the number of months remaining from the time of termination to the end of the Commitment Period.
