1. Free Data Roaming
1.1 Free Data Roaming is a data roaming offer which provides you with data quota on roaming at selected countries at no additional charge.
2. Free Roaming Incoming Call
2.1 Free Roaming Incoming Call is a voice roaming offer which provides you with incoming calls on roaming at selected countries at no additional charge. This Free Roaming Incoming Call is not applicable for making outgoing calls and SMS. Any outgoing calls and SMS while roaming will be subject to the applicable retail tariff charges at

2.2 Free Data Roaming is not applicable for voice and SMS service.
2.3 For ULTRA Business Reserve Elite, the Free Data Roaming and Free Incoming Call are applicable for the principal line and the ULTRA Business Device SIM line(s) under the plan. Roaming data of your ULTRA Business Device SIM line(s) is drawn from the 30GB Roaming Data bucket of your principal line.
2.4 Free Data Roaming and Free Roaming Incoming Call cannot be transferred to any other mobile numbers.
2.5 Free Data Roaming and Free Roaming Incoming Call are provided according to the Terms of Service on our Business Postpaid Sign-Up Form. You must comply with those terms including the relevant service description, Privacy Notice, the relevant Postpaid subscription plan and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms") all of which are available on
www.u.com.my.
2.6 We reserve the right to modify or otherwise change these Terms including the charges without notice to you. This overrides any requirement where we may have to give you notice in other parts of our agreement with you.
Premier Roaming
1. Premier Roaming is a roaming experience provided by U Mobile for selected Business Postpaid plans – i.e., ULTRA Business Reserve Pro and ULTRA Business Reserve Elite – and selected countries to enhance roaming service consistency, coverage and overall service quality.
2. When Premier Roaming is available, U Mobile will determine the appropriate roaming operator network in the applicable country based on roaming service availability and operational considerations. Connection to any particular roaming operator network is not guaranteed.
3. Availability of the preferred roaming operator’s network may vary depending on local coverage, partner network conditions, device capability and other technical or operational factors. U Mobile may facilitate connection to another available roaming operator network when necessary to maintain roaming service continuity.
4. Premier Roaming aims to support consistent access to mobile data services while travelling subject to the Subscriber’s plan entitlement and roaming quota.
5. Premier Roaming is provided on a best‑effort basis. Roaming service availability, quality, performance and network accessibility may vary due to coverage conditions, partner network limitations, environmental factors, device settings or other matters beyond U Mobile’s reasonable control. U Mobile does not guarantee uninterrupted roaming connectivity or that the Subscriber will remain connected to any specific roaming operator at all times.
6. To enjoy Premier Roaming, the Subscriber must activate international roaming before travelling and ensure that the mobile device supports roaming and is configured appropriately for roaming usage.
7. Premier Roaming governs only the roaming service experience. All roaming usage, Roaming Data Quota, Incoming Call Quota, applicable charges, eligible destinations and other roaming entitlements remain subject to the Subscriber’s subscribed plan, Table A, and these Terms and Conditions.
Free Data Roaming: Activation and Charges
1. To enjoy the Free Data Roaming you have to:
i. activate your international roaming service before you travel; and
2. If you do not connect to the preferred roaming network specified above, you will not be able to connect to the internet while on roaming. However, you may still use voice and SMS service subject to the applicable charges imposed by the roaming operator you connect to.
3. Once you connect to the preferred roaming operator’s network above based on the country you are in, you may use data quota allocated to you (“Roaming Data Quota”) as per Table A.
4. You may check your Roaming Data Quota’s usage while on roaming by:
i. Dialing *118#; or
ii. using the MyUMobile App
5. Upon utilization of your Roaming Data Quota:
i. we will notify you via SMS that your Free Data Roaming is depleted. Your Roaming Data Quota will be refreshed at the next billing cycle provided you are still subscribed to ULTRA Business plans.
ii. if you continue to use data roaming, you will automatically subscribe to the 24-Hour Roaming Passes. The 24-Hour Roaming Passes is chargeable at RM15 or RM38 per-day per-country. For more details, visit

Free Roaming Incoming Call: Activation and Charges
1. To enjoy the Free Roaming Incoming Call, you have to:
