1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 The U Biz 3-Line Bundle Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by U Mobile Sdn Bhd Registration No. 199101013657 (223969-U) (“U Mobile”).

1.2 The Campaign will commence at 10.00 am on 20 January 2026 and will end at 11.59 pm on 31 March 2026 (“Campaign Period”), unless otherwise extended, shortened, suspended or terminated by U Mobile at its sole discretion.

1.3 By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by Terms of Service of the relevant Postpaid plans, including our Privacy Notice, and these additional terms and conditions (collectively, “Terms”) all of which are available on www.u.com.my.

1.4 In the event of any conflicts or inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and the Postpaid Terms of Service, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 This Campaign is open to all new and existing U Mobile business customers, subject to the provisions below.

2.2 To be eligible, you must:
(a) have a valid company registration number or business registration number (“BRN”);
(b) register for one of the qualifying bundles in Clause 3.1 under a BRN; and(c) meet our Credit Assessment requirements.

2.3 Your qualifying bundle will be activated upon passing our Credit Assessment.

2.4 Eligible registration types include:
(a) new business postpaid registrations;
(b) Prepaid-to-Postpaid migration (migration from U Mobile prepaid to U Mobile business postpaid);
(c) MNP Port-in registrations.

2.5 Existing U Mobile business customers (including plan upgrades) may participate by registering for a qualifying bundle in Clause 3.1 under the same BRN and Account during the Campaign Period (subject to Credit Assessment). A plan change or upgrade by itself will not qualify for the Campaign Offer as you must still register.

2.6 We reserve the right to reject any application, registration, subscription or participation at our sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever. You must ensure that all information and documents provided for registration, verification and Credit Assessment are true, accurate, complete and current.

3. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS

3.1 To participate, you must sign up for any one of the following bundles under the same BRN and Account (“Bundle”) during the Campaign Period:
(a) Three (3) × U Biz 68 postpaid plan;
(b) Three (3) × U Biz 98 postpaid plan.

3.2 Upon successful activation of the Bundle and subject to your compliance with these Terms, you will be entitled to receive one (1) Device with no upfront device payment (“Campaign Offer”), subject to Device availability, allocation and fulfilment schedule.

3.3 The Commitment Period for the Bundle is twenty-four (24) months as stated in your service order when you sign up.

3.4 You may sign up for the Bundle within the Campaign Period either by contacting your Enterprise Account Manager or online at https://bizshop.u.com.my/sme.

4. DEVICE TERMS

4.1 Device models, colours, memory capacity and availability will be determined by us and are subject to stock availability. U Mobile reserves the right to substitute a Device model with another model of similar value or specification at its absolute discretion.

4.2 The Device is provided as part of the Campaign Offer only if you subscribe continuously to the Bundle for the entire Commitment Period.

4.3 You acknowledge that the Device title, interest and ownership does not belong to you during the Commitment Period. Risk of loss or damage shall pass to you upon delivery or collection of the Device, as applicable.

4.4 All Device warranty claims shall be directed to the relevant Device manufacturer or its authorised service centre. U Mobile does not process manufacturer warranty claims and shall not be liable for any Device defects.

5. CREDIT ASSESSMENT AND UPFRONT PAYMENT

5.1 The Campaign Offer is subject to you passing our Credit Assessment.

5.2 If you fail our Credit Assessment, we may require you to make an upfront payment before activation of the Bundle, in such amount and manner as determined by us and notified to you.

5.3 If you fail to pay the required upfront payment within the timeframe determined by U Mobile, we reserve the right to cancel the Bundle registration.

6. TERMINATION

6.1 If you terminate the Bundle at any time before the end of the Commitment Period, you will be required to pay for the early termination fee (ETF). The early termination fee is in addition to any charges payable by you under your Account up to the time of the termination. The early termination fee is calculated as follows:

ETF = Monthly recurring charges of subscribed Bundle × Remaining Months

6.2 U Mobile at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to you to suspend or terminate the Bundle if you are found to be in violation of the Terms. You remain responsible to pay the monthly recurring charges for the Bundle during any period of suspension and the applicable ETF in the event such termination occurs during the Commitment Period.

7. GENERAL

7.1 U Mobile’s decisions on any matter relating to this Campaign are final, conclusive and binding on all participants. If any matters arise which are not covered in these Terms, they will be determined solely by U Mobile.

7.2 The Campaign Offer is not exchangeable or convertible for cash, credit or any other alternatives and cannot be combined with other packages unless stated otherwise.

7.3 U Mobile may, at any time and without any prior notice, change any of these Terms including terminating or suspending this Campaign; extending the Campaign Period; and changing the Device options, eligibility criteria, or fulfilment arrangements. Any such change will be announced on our website. It is your responsibility to check these Terms on our website and if you do not agree to any of the changes, you must immediately cease participation in the Campaign.

7.4 To the extent permitted by law, U Mobile excludes all liability in connection with this Campaign.

7.5 The Campaign and these Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The participants agree that the Courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over all matters arising from this Campaign.

8. DEFINITIONS

8.1 “Account” means your U Mobile business postpaid account registered with us under a valid BRN.

8.2 “Campaign Offer” means the offer of one (1) premium Device at no upfront device payment (subject to eligibility and Credit Assessment) upon successful activation of the Bundle during the Campaign Period.

8.3 “Commitment Period” means the minimum commitment period of twenty-four (24) months for the subscribed Bundle, as stated in your service order when you sign up.

8.4 “Credit Assessment” means our credit evaluation and screening process, including CTOS, DDMF checks and/or such other checks as we may at our sole discretion determine.

8.5 “Device” means the premium device offered under the Campaign as determined by us, including (subject to availability) iPhone models and selected Android models such as Samsung Galaxy S25 FE (256GB) and/or Samsung Galaxy S25 (256GB), or such other models as may be announced from time to time.

8.6 “MNP Port-in” means the mobile number portability process of transferring an existing mobile number from another service provider to U Mobile.

8.7 “Remaining Months” means the number of months remaining from the time of termination to the end of the Commitment Period.
